His visits are timely, and he gets along really well with Otis. Otis did have some stomach issues on our latest trip which were no fault of Justin's. He went above and beyond to make sure Otis was well cared for while we were not there. He even spent extra time at our home making sure that Otis was receiving the proper food and liquids to make a full and speedy recovery. In addition, Justin's communications are always professional. “Avery has been AWESOME!!! I have three DIFFICULT cats. One was diagnosed with FIP a month ago and he needs life-saving meds at the same time every day. On top of that, he is TERRIFIED of everyone except for me. My other two are also scaredy cats. Avery was able to work with all three cats, made sure my sick kitty got his meds every night (even though he refused to come out of hiding!!!), befriended the two shy kitties (including the spicy one!!!) Avery made sure to check in with me each day- before, during and after every visit! About: I have had a dog my whole life, and my mother is a veterinarian technician who has taught me about pets and how to care for them. I am currently a college freshman with classes everyday but Thursdays. I am also free on most weekends. I live on campus so transportation is not an issue. Kirstie is amazing! Felt very worry free while we were gone that Graves would be taken care of and happy. She took the time to really look after him for a hour a day which I know can be a lot.
