Avery was able to work with all three cats, made sure my sick kitty got his meds every night (even though he refused to come out of hiding!!!), befriended the two shy kitties (including the spicy one!!!) Avery made sure to check in with me each day- before, during and after every visit! I am also a pet/house sitter so I'm picky and particular, especially with my own cats being SO tricky, and I'd give Avery a 10/10! Already have future petsitting dates requested! About: I have lived with and cared for so many different kinds of dogs. As small as a yorkie to as large as a full greyhound! I have lots of experience with dogs that have doodle or lab in them as well as French bulldogs. I value 1-on-1 time that is enriching and enjoy shaping new skills and tricks. I currently work from home with very few hours. This leaves me a lot of time and flexibility with boarding or walks or potty breaks. My apartment has a spacious balcony for fresh air but I also have access to more private areas for outside time. I don’t like to leave pets alone so I can trust the care they get from me. Kirstie is amazing! Felt very worry free while we were gone that Graves would be taken care of and happy. She took the time to really look after him for a hour a day which I know can be a lot. She even noticed my dying plant outside and watered it. I highly recommend Kirstie to look after your pets. She was thorough and communicative and will definitely hire again!

Lisa did an amazing job caring for our pets and my daughter’s pets, as well. We were visiting for my daughter’s wedding and Lisa managed care throughout the day letting my dogs out and feeding them as well as transporting two dogs to and from the wedding venue for pictures. Lisa visited beforehand to be clear on our needs for the day. She was very responsible, on time for everything, and left the house spotless. She also communicated well about situations like one of our dogs not wanting to eat his food. Overall, Lisa made us very comfortable with the dogs in her care and because of this we were able to relax and enjoy our daughter’s wedding. I would highly recommend her.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
