Lauren always goes above and beyond with our dogs! She checks in, send the best updates/pictures, and even goes as far as to brush them / vacuum their hair / clean any accidents. She always checks in with us before doing anything and we feel so comfortable and confident while she watches our boys! Highly recommend!
Alyssa was wonderful with my animals! Even for just a quick drop-in visit, she took my dog on a walk and gave attention to both my dog and cat too! Alyssa is super communicative and sent lots of pictures of my animals throughout the visit, as well as sent a detailed rundown of the trip. Madeline really saved our butts when our original planned pet sitter chose not to answer her phone the day before we were leaving town, leaving us scrambling for coverage for 11 hours in the middle of the day. Madeline did not know us and still agreed at 11:30 PM the night before our 4 AM flight. She updated us throughout the day, played with the dogs, and honestly I think they were sad when we came home. She saved us again when our last flight into Chattanooga was canceled due to weather. Despite it being a holiday, she came back to feed and walk them again without hesitation.
