“Annabelle watched our Golden Retriever while we were gone for a week. She’s extremely dependable, took great care of our dog, sent photo updates, and our dog loved her. I would highly recommend her!”

“Brooke is fantastic. She communicates well and proactively. She follows directions as asked and let you j kw when she’s leaving. She was able to get our cat to come out after a few visits. You can tell she loves cats. Will definitely contact Brooke in the future.”

About: Hi! We’re the Williams Family. My husband and I have had dogs our entire lives, but we lost our two good boys in 2024 and 2025. We really miss having dogs around to cuddle and play with. I’m a stay at home mom with two boys that attend school during the day. There’s typically someone home all throughout the day. We have a large fenced in backyard. I always walk dogs on a leash. We also have an old cat that is dog-friendly too!
“Terry was excellent with my two cats while I was out of town. She was prepared from start to finish, and made sure both of my cats were well-cared for during her drop ins. She even got my timid cat to come out of his hiding spots to play. I had no worries leaving them under her care. Thank you Terry!!!”

“Sara is communicative, responsive and punctual! She plays with my kittens and pay attention to what they need. I’m grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone that need help with their pets while away from home”

“I couldn’t be happier having Nora as my sitter. She does drop ins regularly for me, and both myself and my dog love her! She is reliable, trust worthy, and provides the best pictures and info about the visits. I highly recommend Nora and am very appreciative of her great care she gives to my best friend!”

“Brianna was the best and gave our kitty so much love and playtime while we were away. She was a great communicator and really went the extra mile to send pictures and updates of our little guy every day. Will be using her again for sure!”

About: I've had a variety of pets since I was little--from a pet pig, dog, and sphinx cat-- in addition to the one I have now. Caring for these pets has given me a variety of skills to make sure your dog is safe and has fun at the same time. Whether it's dog walking, playtime, and cleaning--your dog is in good hands! I am currently a full-time student at Georgia State studying Journalism and Law and I work part-time at CraveWell Cafe. However, most of my classes are online and I mostly work closing shifts so I am always free in the mornings and sometimes weekends. My schedule is pretty flexible though if you let me know when you want me to pet sit in advance! To care for pets, is to treat them like your best friend. When I meet a dog for the first time we are instantly best friends. With my dog-sitting, not only will your dog be in trusted hands, but they will also make a new best friend along the way!
“Jasmine has good communication and showed up on time to take care of my Leo <3 I didn’t have to worry about how my dog was doing with a new sitter because she gave plenty of updates and pictures.”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life and have experience caring for pets of all ages, personalities, and energy levels. Cats have always held a special place in my heart. I grew up in a home with 11 cats, and today I have two cats and two dogs of my own. I’m also experienced with senior pet care, as one of my dogs is 13 years old, so I understand the importance of patience and consistency and paying close attention to a pet’s individual needs. I provide dog walking, drop in visits, feeding, fresh water, playtime, litter box cleaning, potty breaks, medication (if needed and with instructions), and plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I know every pet has a unique personality! I will always take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for! I’m currently studying Environmental Science with the goal of working in wildlife conservation, so caring for animals is something I’m genuinely passionate about! My schedule is very flexible. I work part time a few evenings each week, with most shifts starting around 5:00 PM, but outside of those shifts I have plenty of availability for morning, afternoon, and some evening visits. I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible and will communicate clearly. I currently work part-time a few evenings each week, usually starting around 5:00 PM. This gives me plenty of availability during the mornings and afternoons for drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, litter box cleaning, and giving your pets the attention they deserve. On days I’m working, I’ll communicate my schedule clearly, and on my days off I have even more flexibility to accommodate your pet’s needs. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I do my best to keep them comfortable by following your instructions directly. I’ll make sure your kitty cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, plenty of playtime or quiet companionship depending on their personality, and lots of love and attention. While cats are my specialty, I love dogs too! Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, getting belly rubs, or simply having someone around to keep them company, I’m happy to make sure they receive the care, attention, and exercise they need. I know pets are family, and I will care for yours with the same dedication and kindness I give my own! I respect your home and will always provide updates and photos while you’re away!!
About: I have a 6 year old Maltese named Domino who I’ve owned since he was a puppy. I owned his dad, Houston, previously. I watch the neighborhood dogs as well. I have a dog. I walk mine during the daytime. I give lots of love to my baby with cute toys and cute puppy outfits. I keep my dog caged while away so he doesn’t tear up anything (based on the breed). I play fetch with him everyday. Walking is always nice.
“Rebekah and her daughter were seriously amazing. They took such great care of our kitties and house while we were gone for a couple weeks. We will absolutely be using them again.”

“Emily was great. She met with us before we left to establish a relationship and sent us pictures/video updates every time she same over. Our Cane Corso loved her and was really happy. Will definitely be using Emily again next time we need him watched!”

“Doron has been an incredible help during my recent move to the Atlanta area. Relocating can be stressful for both people and pets, and my dog was especially anxious adjusting to a new environment. From day one, Doron made the transition so much easier. He was consistently responsive and communicative, keeping me updated and giving me peace of mind while I was juggling everything that comes with a move. Most importantly, he was wonderful with my dog—by the end of her first week here, she was noticeably happier and more comfortable. I’m so grateful to have found someone so reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend Doron to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker!”

“Elizabeth is a great communicator! Our cats are shy, so she didn't get to play with them, but she did get pictures of them! She showed up when I asked her to--I didn't have to worry while I was out of town. Also, she was able to accommodate me on short notice--thank you!”

About: Kobe, my shihtzu of 10 years, survived with a heart murmur before heart failure kicked in. I spent 6 years giving him medication and a decade fighting him to let me brush his hair and clean his paws after walks. He taught me patience and proper animal grooming! I do have a full time job and my off days vary however, I’m usually available before 3pm on most days for pet sitting & walks as well as drop in visits. Feel free to message me and we can work something out as well! I unfortunately cannot care for pets at my home due to the kids I live with, but I am open to pet sitting in your home. I will abide by your house rules & be respectful, all while still making sure your pet is well taken care of.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Chattahoochee Plantation
Consistently, Terry is incredibly considerate and thoughtful when it comes to caring for our cat. Whether we’re gone for a night or a week, stuck in the hospital or coming home early, we never worry about if Murphy is entertained, fed, and loved on when we aren’t with her. Thank you so much again, Terry!

Shay is absolutely wonderful! Although she's only ever seen one of our cats 😹, she takes amazing care of both of them. She always leaves detailed updates with lots of photos, which gives us so much peace of mind while we're away. Rigatoni clearly adores her. She runs to the door for pets, happily plays with her, and even knows Shay is the treat lady!

Maria was super responsive and checked in with me almost everyday while I was out on vacation to made sure my cat had everything he needed to be taken care of. She sent notes and pics, and kept the space tidy when I got back. Would totally recommend her for catsitting!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Chattahoochee Plantation. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
