“Our cat, Pinto Bean, has specific health needs because he has allergies, asthma, struvite crystals (pre-cursor to kidney stones), and anxiety. He has to take a concoction of medications twice daily in his food, given by mouth, and as an inhaler. He requires a diligent, attentive, and caring sitter to make sure he is in the best health possible while we are away. We previously used Laila for 5-day vacation, which was an overwhelmingly positive experience for us and Pinto, although this time we needed her drop-in services twice daily for three weeks, which is asking a lot. Laila was exceptional! Pinto took to her very quickly and they got to spend a lot of time together. He was at ease with her and she was able to make sure he was given the best care possible. Laila communicated with us twice daily through the Rover cards with lots of pictures, but also via messaging if there was a question or concern. Although we were out of the country and in a different time zone, Laila Skyped with us, and we were able to talk to Pinto and see just how well he was doing in her care. I cannot say enough good things about Laila. She is an amazing petsitter and we will use her in the future.”

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My house has always been home to multiple beloved pets. I’ve cared for my five childhood cats from my youngest years through their life with me in college, a dog from 6 months to 15 years who grew up with me, and my family recently welcomed a puppy into our home. I have years of cat sitting and dog sitting for neighbors, friends, and loved ones, and for near a year now I have volunteered at a cage-free cat shelter. I have experience with both young and senior pets, including providing medications and fluids and supporting pets post-surgery, and I always strive to make pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I have a passion for caring for pets and providing them with the love and attention they need and deserve. I currently work full-time, so I am available to visit with pets locally in the mornings and evenings after 4pm.Unfortunately, if pets need midday check-ins to be let out, I may not currently have the flexibility to pop by. For overnight sitting, I am able to spend most weekday and weekend nights with pets with proper notice and scheduling. When house sitting, I take both pet and home safety seriously. As I am not presently able to board pets, at the client's home I follow each owner’s instructions closely, keep doors, windows, and gates secure, supervise pets carefully, and maintain their normal routines. I’m attentive to potential hazards and make sure pets are never given an opportunity to escape. I also keep emergency and veterinary information readily available and communicate promptly with owners if anything unexpected comes up.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for friends and neighbors for years, and I truly love it. Whether it's a catnap snuggle or a long dog walk, I’m happy to help your pet feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you're away. About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life. I currently have 2 cats named Bellatrix and sprig. I also work for a pet lodge place!! I used to work with, up to, 300 dogs a day!!! so I am more then qualified to care for your pet!! my job was to walk, feed, brush, bathe, trim nails, and clean ears of multiple dogs a day!! I would like to preference that I do work, typically on the weekends, and sometimes I'm there late I work a main job. My weeks change so I either work Tues-Fri or Wed-Sat. I work at a vet clinic, so I might be able to bring them to work with me. I do work long hours but depending on location, I can also drop off and check on them I have a huge yard, but it's unfenced, but walking will be amazing, so leashes needed please!!! I have a great neighborhood that's great for walks I doubt anything will go wrong, but if it does, there is an animal hospital a 5 min drive from me

I keep their living area tidy, follow their normal routine as closely as possible, and pay close attention to their behavior and comfort.
