About: While you’re away, your dog gets a getaway of their own. They can swing in the hammock, sunbathe on the deck, run free in the fenced yard, hang out with other dogs, and get plenty of hugs and kisses from people who love them. They’re welcome on the couch too. Every dog is different. Some want company all day, some need more activity, and some just need quiet time to rest. Each stay is planned around your dog’s personality and routine. I keep a small number of guests at a time, so every dog gets real attention. I accept new dogs by meet and greet only, so we can make sure it’s the right fit for your dog and the others staying with me. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and ages for 10 years, I groom, and I’m studying for my force-free training certification. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish. Your dog deserves the best. They get someone with them full time, including overnight, plus extra walks and enrichment to help them feel safe and calm. ** Grooming: send them home fresh with a bath or full groom Before your stay Since guests are welcome on the furniture, dogs need to arrive clean. If your dog is due for a bath or is a heavy shedder, I’ll take care of a bath or deshedding brush-out on arrival for an additional fee, so they’re comfortable and ready to relax. Drop-off and pickup times are flexible, but you need to schedule them in advance since I plan my day around my guests. Please arrive at your scheduled time. Your dog stays in my home as part of the family. I have a fully fenced yard, a deck, and three super friendly doodles who get along with everyone. Every dog gets set up for what they need: a separate area, a crate or kennel to sleep in, or a playpen. Yard time is always supervised, and new dogs are introduced to the group slowly so everyone stays relaxed. I’ll follow your dog’s routine, including medications and any special instructions. I keep a small number of guests at a time and meet every dog before their stay, so I know they’ll be safe and happy here.

My dog Zoey loves it‼️ (Think laser pointer) So your baby will get lots of sunlight & excercise. I also live in a very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. That’s great for walks. I will be more than happy to supply pics, videos & updates during their stay. It’s a nice reassurance that your fur baby is being spoiled by myself while your away.

About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own. Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Please understand that while we have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, we are currently unable to book dogs that are experiencing incontinence (even with diapers) and night time pacing/spatial disorientation/sleeplessness that comes with senility. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.
