About: I have been a client on Rover for a long time. I’ve had many sitters watch my dogs and come in and out of my house. It was always so nerve wracking! Are they trustworthy? Do my dogs like them? Are they getting to my house on time to let my dogs out to go to the bathroom and to feed them? Are they being gentle with my dogs? About: Dogs hold a special place in my heart — especially rescue pups. My own dog was rescued from Kosovo, so I know firsthand the patience, love, and extra TLC that rescued dogs sometimes need. For 10 years, I’ve been the go-to person for walks, feeding, bathing, and all-around tail-wagging good times. Shy, anxious, or high-energy — I’ve loved them all. I don’t just watch dogs, I get them. Expect real-time photo updates, happy zoomies, and one very tired, very content pup waiting for you when you’re back! I work from home full-time, which means your pup is never left alone! I’m available for walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the entire day — mornings, afternoons, evenings, you name it. Flexible scheduling is my middle name. Your dog will feel right at home with me! I have a spacious yard where pups can run and explore freely. I also have an 11-year-old dog of my own — a calm, gentle companion who’s great with visitors. About: I’m a dog owner myself, and I have always had dogs since a little kid, some that I trained as puppies. I also would help neighbors with their dogs, such as walking and watching them when needed. I am home most of time while my kids are in school and what better way to occupy my time than doing something I love and spending time with dogs. I will first make sure the pet feels safe with me. About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own currently, Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.
