About: Hi everyone! Quick update: I understand most people travel home on Sundays, however, it is difficult to take late night appointments and feel rested for the work week. So, I will no longer be taking appointments past 6pm on Sundays unless approved. Also, please be courteous to me, our animals and other pet parents. If you are unable to make it within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, please keep me informed and confirm I am in fact still available. Please remember this is our private home and not a facility. That comes with a lot of benefits, but some limitations as well. I’ve had a love for animals all my life and have been taking care of various animals since I was a young child. Growing up we had cats, many different dog breeds and even some goats. I’ve raised puppies with different needs such as English Bulldogs, dogue de bordeaux, Belgian Malinois and mixes just the same. My husband and I have a dog and a cat in the home that are our fur babies. I have a clientele of regulars and would love to make more connections over Rover. While I pride myself on my care for animals, I also work with our boarding dogs on simple training. For example, having my dogs around works well to help them with distractions, recall, simple commands and house manners. I am home all day with my little girl and our animals. This freedom allows me to provide ample playtime and limit down time for both your pups and ours. Safety is my top priority when caring for someone else’s pet. We have a fun, loving home and fenced in yard full of toys to make sure your pet enjoys their stay!

About: I have been a client on Rover for a long time. I’ve had many sitters watch my dogs and come in and out of my house. It was always so nerve wracking! Are they trustworthy? Do my dogs like them? Are they getting to my house on time to let my dogs out to go to the bathroom and to feed them? Are they being gentle with my dogs? All of these thoughts lead me to become a sitter on Rover once I put my corporate job on pause and became a mom. I have lived with pets my entire life and rescued my first dog 11 years ago. Since then, I have rescued two more pups and volunteered at a local rescue. Being a pet owner myself, I understand what it’s like to have someone take care of my animals that is kind, honest, and most important, trustworthy! It’s such a relief knowing our animals are in good hands and safe while we cannot be with them. We are available for boarding on weekends and are able to provide a calm, structured, and attentive environment that fits your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We have a spacious home where dogs can relax, explore, and settle in comfortably, along with access to both a front and backyard and a very walkable, quiet neighborhood that is ideal for safe outings. I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s specific needs, whether that includes crating or not. We typically crate our own dog at night, but visiting dogs are welcome to sleep wherever they are most comfortable, whether that’s a crate, dog bed, or couch. I have experience caring for puppies, anxious dogs, and dogs that require medication, so I’m attentive to behavior, routines, and any special instructions you provide. I make sure all dogs have access to clean water, comfortable bedding, toys, and a low-stress environment. About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own currently, Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.

About: I have been pet sitting for almost 15 years.. I love all animals but I am particularly fond of dogs and cats. I am a beloved owner of two beautiful German Shepherds.I am open to walking, feeding, helping with meds and spending quality time with your fur babies. I am also a avid photographer and love to take animal pics to share with families to feel connected while away from their pets. I am available for pet sitting full time and/or part time.
