About: Hi, my name is Madeline and I’m a 20 year old Kennesaw State University student based in the Woodstock area with over seven years of pet sitting experience. I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all sizes, as well as birds, fish, bunnies and reptiles. I’m comfortable with pets of all temperaments and have experience with senior animals, pets with medical conditions and administering medications. Whether your pet needs extra patience, structured walks, playtime, or specialized care, I’m happy to provide it. I offer overnight stays, and I have reliable transportation so I’m willing to travel outside of Woodstock as well. I have three cats and one dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you truly trust with your pets. I have strong references available and pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I have a very flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and am happy to travel around Woodstock and nearby areas. I am a full time student but only go in person Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 2-4:45 pm Your pets safety and comfort are my top priority. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I stick closely to their normal routines and follow any instructions you leave so they feel as comfortable as possible. I’m patient, attentive, and always make sure they’re getting plenty of care and attention. I also like to do a meet-and-greet beforehand so everyone feels comfortable.

Mark was absolutely amazing with our dog. He sent us photos throughout the weekend and updated us on how he was doing. Due to our dog being a little uncertain of new people, Mark even offered to come meet him ahead of time for peace of mind. We will absolutely be using him again!!

About: Ever since i was a little girl, i've had a special compassion for all animals. Caring for them for friends, family, neighbors and coworkers. From playful puppies and kittens bursting with energy to wise old seniors, i've loved them all! Whether it's sticking to medication routine or helping a young one learn the ropes, i'm all in. No matter their age or needs, im genuinely happy to brighten their day and make them feel loved! Hi! I am currently working a part time job, which allows me to have more flexibility throughout the week! I'd love to spend my time taking care of some precious furry friends. I am available throughout the week at any time, for house sitting, overnight sitting or walks through out the day! I live in a small suburban neighborhood, with a fenced in backyard, and a sweet cat who keeps to herself. Im open to crate training dogs for overnight stays.

About: Woodstock, Roswell, and Alpharetta Hi! I'm Lily, a graduate student finishing up my master's this fall. I grew up with a family cat, and 4 years ago I rescued my own cat as an abandoned kitten. She has since been through an international move with me, so I know exactly how precious pets are and what it takes to keep them calm and comfortable through big changes. I also have several years of experience dog sitting for a variety of breeds and temperaments, and I'm happy to do overnights in your home, drop-ins, and walks! I am currently finishing my master's thesis and job hunting, both of which I do from home, so my schedule is flexible and pet care fits in easily throughout the day. I am able to do daytime drop-ins, walks, overnights, and last-minute visits without much notice. Since I'm not ties to a 9-5, I can be flexible to your pet's routine rather than the other way around! Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priority. Having a pet of my own who's spent time with sitters before, I know firsthand the anxiety that can come with someone new watching your pet, but I also know what helps ease that anxiety. I'm very instructions-oriented and happy to follow any guidance you give, with plenty of communication and photos along the way, so your pet gets the best possible care and you get peace of mind.

About: I am 25 with a degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University. I have been petsitting dogs, cats, bunnies, and other fur/amphibian babies for 9 years now. Not only have I got my own dog (that lives with my parents and will not need to join me for my jobs) but I have also fostered over 5 dogs that went to loving homes. One of these dogs was a long term shelter dog with many behavioral issues that I helped train along with a few others from the shelter who had training experience. I also have fostered over 11 cats and grew up with cats and kittens. I worked with STEP, a guide dog program that helps raise golden retriever and lab puppies to become guide dogs, while I was at Georgia Southern University. I have administered all kinds of medications to both cats and dogs including diabetes medication (needle) so I am extremely comfortable with all kinds of animals and the medical issues they may. I am very compassionate and treat every dog (and animal in general) I meet just like family. Every pet deserves love and time, which I provide. I believe that your pet should be cared for just like it's your own child. I always make sure each pet I care for gets the affection and respect they deserve. Our sweet fur babies deserve so much, and I would love to have the chance to give them everything I have to offer!!! My current work schedule is M-F 8:30-12:45 pm in Sandy Springs, and 2:30 pm-7 pm in Suwanee (This includes the time I need to drive to and from work). Please keep in mind that if you need me to housesit during the week, I will not be able to be there between those hours, but can come before and after. I also do some part time work on the weekends (usually 12-3 or 2-5 pm). I have my own transportation and am willing to spend whatever time you need to ensure your baby is taken care of! In your own home, I am happy to provide any services you need, such as walking, going out to the backyard to play, giving lots of pets and treats, and spending affectionate (or not if they are not into that) time with your fur baby. I am able to do overnight sitting as well as multiple times during the day. I am very flexible with my schedule and catering towards the needs of the pets as well as you as my client!

We re-booked Jenna for a 12-day vacation to care for our elderly two dogs with multiple medical needs. We trust her to care for them, administer their medications, and keep us informed. She sent pictures all along. The dogs enjoy having Jenna as their caregiver! I recommend her as a pet sitter as well to do drop-ins. We have also asked her to check on the dogs, let them out and feed them when we have a function in the evening. She’s a lovely, caring person.

About: I’m a mom to 4 rambunctious children and 1 kid friendly chihuahua(14) and 1 loving husky pit mix(1). When most people meet my dog they are surprised at how friendly he is and how good he is with our young children. We used to have two dogs but we had to put older one down due to seizures and brain issues. In high school I worked in an army veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant for a cooperative work experience program. My original plan in life was to be a veterinarian but after having to assist with some tough cases I decided just being a good pet owner and caregiver was more my speed. I’m a full time stay at home mom and love playing with my dogs and kids in my spare time. I’d love to help you care for your fur baby as well. I’m pretty flexible. I’m home days once I get my kids get off to school during the day. In the evenings and on weekends I take them to their respective practices or games but that doesn’t mean I don’t have time to care for and give your fur baby some love as well. I like to take my fur babies for about a mile walk in the morning and then my younger pup will go on another half mile walk with me in the after noon. My older guys stays home and chills but he gets lots of love and snuggles at home.

FAQs for House Sitting - Willow Tree

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for House Sitting in Willow Tree on Rover is $37.3 per night (as of September 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of September 2026, there are 4,658 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Willow Tree. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:

  • Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
  • Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
  • Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
  • Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.

The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Willow Tree walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.

It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Willow Tree maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:

  • Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
  • Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
  • Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.

Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Willow Tree choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Willow Tree. On Rover:

  • 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
