“Tracy went above and beyond to support my dog while I was away. She was so attentive to his needs and listened so intently when I gave special instructions for his care.”

“Exceptional Dog Sitter – Highly Recommend! If you're looking for someone who will love your dog as much as you do, hire Ashley! We hired her for an extended trip, and she was fantastic. She took care of our dog and thoroughly spoiled him. We returned to an incredibly happy pup and a home that was not only clean but fresh-smelling, with no hint of dog urine. Ashley is a true professional and a passionate animal lover. We are so thankful for the peace of mind she provided.”

“Annabelle always takes the best care of our sweet special needs puppy! She has been patient and flexible with his walks. Love knowing she will be there to give Lucca attention when I’m at work!”

“Brianna is an amazing, caring dog walker. She has gone above and beyond in her care for my dog, she is communicative, prompt and I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of my dog.”

About: I've had a variety of pets since I was little--from a pet pig, dog, and sphinx cat-- in addition to the one I have now. Caring for these pets has given me a variety of skills to make sure your dog is safe and has fun at the same time. Whether it's dog walking, playtime, and cleaning--your dog is in good hands! I am currently a full-time student at Georgia State studying Journalism and Law and I work part-time at CraveWell Cafe. However, most of my classes are online and I mostly work closing shifts so I am always free in the mornings and sometimes weekends. My schedule is pretty flexible though if you let me know when you want me to pet sit in advance! To care for pets, is to treat them like your best friend. When I meet a dog for the first time we are instantly best friends. With my dog-sitting, not only will your dog be in trusted hands, but they will also make a new best friend along the way!
About: Hi I'm Abby! I've had pets in my life every since I can remember and have loved the experience of having that furry little companion. Hope to hear from you soon! I’m available any day that is marked as available in my calendar so if you could give me at least 2 -3 days notice that’d be great! When I enter a client’s home I’m very respectful of their space and pet, while also making sure I leave it just as the way I found it.

“Brooke has been great so far with our pet. We scheduled a meet and greet and some follow up walks in preparation for an upcoming vacation. Our dog warmed up to Brooke the fastest we’ve ever seen. I think that says a lot about Brooke.”

About: I have had my own dog for 12 years! I love having pups over and he loves friends. I work from home and take great care of the babies: consistent food, water, tons of soft chewy toys, multiple walks a day, and lots of playing! As long as your pup is friendly and gets along with others, they’re more than welcome! I work from home and have my own dog. He loves friends and company. My dog is not neutered and is 12 years old. He is very loving and friendly. I believe in making the dogs feel comfortable and at ease. We will go out multiple 3+ times a day, walks around the neighborhood, food and water always available, tons of soft chewy toys. I allow the pups on the couch. They’ll be taken care of, always considered, and loved on always.
About: Hello! I'm a full time digital marketing specialist and pet sit on the side to supplement my income. I'm looking for regular pet sitting jobs, dog walking, overnight stays, and any farm animal jobs that are available. I have multiple references if needed. I've had several pets over the years and taken care of neighbors' pets, friends' pets, and people who are unable to walk or provide for their animals due to injury or sickness. I'm also open to light house cleaning, errands, etc. I can work from anywhere with a Wifi signal so pet sitting in your home is always an option. Please message me directly to chat! I can make most schedules work since I work remotely and my job is very flexible. Taking care of multiple dogs at one time is not a problem. I am very comforting and respectful towards animals that may need time to warm up to new people. I also love to give animals that need extra attention as many cuddles as possible. I have my own dog that is extremely friendly and well behaved if boarding in my home is ever a need.
“Ryan did a fantastic job walking my dog, Molly! He was punctual, caring, and attentive to her needs. Molly seemed very happy and relaxed after their walk, and I appreciate the effort Ryan put into making sure she had a great time. I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a reliable dog sitter.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Chattahoochee Plantation
Sarah was a phenomenal dog sitter! She is friendly and professional. My baby absolutely loved her. She went above and beyond my standards. This was my first trip without my dog and she was polite enough to answer all my questions, send me pictures and videos. She also played with him/spent time with him so he wouldn’t be stuck bored in the cage/house alone. She is easily 10/5 star candidate! If you’re looking for a trusted sitter , choose Sarah! (:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
