About: I started pettsitting regularly for my neighbors at the age of twelve, and since then have become the go to guardian for everyone’s pets in my own personal community. This has included dogs and cats of all ages, and the occasional farm animal. I can't Rave about her anymore if you're looking for an actual dog lover she is the one I ran into an issue that no dog parent would like to run into while they're out of town and she went to let the dog out the cage my dog was acting a little aggressive (vicious) because andI'm new to the area and have no friends or family here to assist I really was stressedddd out on how I was going to get him out of the cage with no family or friends there. however instead of leaving the dog there she went above and beyond to find her family members to assist with getting the dog out the cage I was so stressed out thinking that the dog would die in the cage because I was out of town or that I was going to have to return home from the trip early but only a dog lover would have done what she did and I'm truly grateful she got the dog out the cage the next morning and it was smooth and her whole family fell in love with the dog

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
