About: I love dogs! I have grown up with dogs in my home my entire life, and I've never met a dog I didn't love. Leaving two dogs behind when I left home for college out of state was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Sometimes I miss them so much that I've been known to FaceTime my parents just to see my pups. Our current family dogs include a 9-year-old Australian Cattle dog and a 4-year-old Pittie. We also had an Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix who lived to be 12 years old. My family has always viewed our pets as family members, and I have always had a hand in caring for them, even as a little kid. About: I've had dogs since I was 10 years old (i'm now 34) and i've watched dogs for friends and neighbors since I was about 15. I have an 8 year old medium sized dog and she and I both love having other dogs here. I also have a very flexible work schedule and am able to stop in and check on dogs / cats throughout the day as much as needed. I work from home and have a large fenced in yard. I have a dog door that can fit medium sized dogs or smaller, so they can go out to play or be in the yard whenever they want. Mya was wonderful with Devon! She took him on long walks, which are his favorite, and even gave him some of his favorite treats. She continuously checked in with me so I could see him, and anytime I did he was always looking happy!
