Gretchen keeps us updated, gives Star her medications and that's something that we appreciate. Gretchen goes above and beyond for Star, she definitely works with us (one time we needed to modify the reservation and add days since I was in the hospital and she gladly took care of Star, she even went out of her way and got Star food and supplies that she needed). We trust her and are beyond happy knowing that our Star is well taken care of.”

My frosty face Penny is pretty low maintenance except for being deaf, but that was no issue. Jenny has experience with all kinds of dogs including those with special needs. About: I have a fenced in yard and am at home to take care of your pet overnight I would prefer small to medium six dogs. I love all kinds of dogs puppy to seniors. I have a large crate if your dog likes that and a five foot fenced in yard in my backyard for your dog to run and play I have no animals in my home Boarding on weekends Would be at home to treat your pet like it is my own large yard crate if needed would provide play time I have no pets in my home I would provide play time And anything you require for your pet. I can board overnight Saturday to Sunday all day

We have had 3 dogs growing up: 2 boxers and a great dane; and now i have 2 spoiled rotten golden retrievers and a great dane who passed away in March of 2026. I come and go as i please for work; and make my own schedule/hours. So attending to your pet all day is no issue what so ever. I am a die hard animal lover, so I would care for your pet the way I care for mine. I have experience in giving oral meds by hand, and adding meds onto food etc. I have a picky eater, so if you have a picky eater and need someone who can manage, i am your girl! I would rather hand feed your dog than them just not eat due to stress/anxiety. I am a picture guru, so you will receive pics even if you don’t ask for them. I only ask that you are honest with me when it comes to the needs your pet has and the needs you as an individual expect. I have been in the customer service industry for a very very long time; and communication is key, ALWAYS. Now that i’ve written a novel, i am easy to get ahold of with any questions, comments, or concerns! I look forward to caring for your critters! I work from home full time and have a very large fenced in backyard at my house! I am able to let your dog out as much or as little as you’d like! I sit at home all day and work with my 2 goldens so they are spoiled plum rotten! I am able to care for your pets by providing multiple updates throughout your pets stay, as well as plenty of pictures. I am able to follow specific guidelines given to me by clients to ensure their pet has a safe stay at my home

5 stars isn't enough for Susan and Ken! Kuma was treated like royalty the entire weekend. What blew me away was their incredible communication—even when I was off the grid with zero service, they kept me completely in the loop. They truly put their heart into pet care. Penny and Evan took wonderful care of my 8 year German shepherd dog. The time he spent with them was the longest we've ever boarded him, and it was very apparent that he was in great hands. I can tell they were very attentive to him. He definitely loves to be around people as often as possible and Penny and Evan are an excellent pair for him. Highly recommended!
