Information David W. would like to know about your pet
While large dogs are OK, I do not want a dog that is Huge in my house. No huge Bullmastiff types. I would prefer a dog that isn't going to Dig under my fence, or chew indiscriminately through the furniture in my house. :) Normal Stuff, I think. **Important** If you plan to drop off your doggie in the Morning, and then don't plan to pick up your dog until the evening/night of the Following Day.....Then request a TWO (2) 'night' stay. Because, Realistically, I would be watching your dog for those Two Full days that way. So please be clear & be Fair in your requests and time-frames. Sometimes, we may wish to just tack-on an additional "Doggie Day Care" fee, to cover the overages / the late pick-ups and stuff like that. I do realize traveling & pick-up times are sometimes hard to predict - so this allows the owner greater flexibility as well, when necessary.
A typical day
Dogs should arrive with a leash, and I happily take them for walks around my neighborhood. Depending on the length of stay (and their abilities), we may take a short Hike too.

Play Fetch, go for a Walk and Chill
Pet care experience
Hi there. I'm BACK on Rover again! Let your pooch play and relax in my fenced-in back yard while you're away. I have owned a few dogs over the years (but none currently). I have a Nice home, with a nice fenced backyard. There's plenty of room to play fetch, and other stuff. Your dog can Chill in the shade of a tree, or Cozy-up on a couch inside. I live on a quiet street, in a nice neighborhood of SW county (in Roanoke). Since I enjoy dogs, I enjoy having one stay here occasionally. It's a 'win-win' situation. I'm sure that your dog will enjoy it here. Your doggie & I can also take walks around my neighborhood, if your dog can handle it. :) So Bring That Leash.!! And for the Owners; please keep straight-forward with your Time frames & Billing, to keep it all correct. Extra boarding time periods can be generally accommodated & billed accordingly (through an extra Doggie Day Care fee, if necessary). *Don't Forget The Doggie Bed and/or Crate.!!!
Reviews

My dog Trooper had a great time with Dave as always!

David does a great job with Honey! He makes sure she gets her daily walks and I get daily updates. She loves being there and didn’t want to leave!

David was great! He sent updates daily and was super flexible when my flight was delayed. Honey seemed to love their walks and hanging out in his backyard.

Trooper had an awesome stay with David! I received daily updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. It was clear Trooper enjoyed the long walks, plenty of attention, and excellent care. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with David again in the future!
