Pet care is my full time job, so I am available 7 days a week. I take frequent breaks during the day to take my own dog out, so I can accommodate your pets schedule with ease.

I have a fenced in yard, and live in a low traffic neighborhood where frequent dog walks can happen safely. My home has two floors, so animals can be separated on request. My pets are allowed on the furniture, and yours are too! I have plenty of dog and cat toys, a cat tree, and crates if requested. My dog loves the company of other dogs, and ignores the cats completely. Cats are separated on the other end of the house, so the dogs are unable to access their food or litter boxes.

Please let me know if your dog has any behavior triggers or if there is anything I can provide to help them feel more comfortable or at home. I am comfortable administering any type of medication, and will accommodate any special feeding needs as well.

I have fun walking in our neighborhood with low traffic and several dead end streets, giving us time to sniff around and enjoy our surroundings without feeling rushed or in harms way. Sadie also enjoys the trails around the Roanoke Star, meeting her socializing and energy needs.

With a fenced in yard and pet sitting being my full time job, your pet will have my undivided attention while they stay in my home. I currently foster for the SPCA, and am skilled in special diets, administering medicine, and elderly/puppy care. I have extensive experience in managing health and behavioral concerns, and will keep you informed with several pictures and updates throughout the day so you can be at ease they are having a comfortable stay at my home. I understand life can be unpredictable, so I am flexible with early drop offs or late pick ups in order to work with your schedule!

We love Sam!! Always super attentive to my pets and my home. She always provides updates and pictures on my cats and leaves my home ready for my return. So thankful I found her to care for my pets when I’m away!
We had yet another great experience with Samantha and her family. Norman stayed for a week while I was out of town and he seemed to have a great time. Samantha was great about sending updates, pictures, and informed us when the air quality was poor and she had to keep the dogs inside. 10/10 would definitely recommend. We look forward to using her services again in the near future.
Samantha was amazing. This was our first time leaving our Chihuahua mix with someone outside the family and we were very nervous. Samantha sent pictures multiple times a day and always responded immediately to any questions. There was almost always someone around to hang out with Millie, which was a big deal for us. We’ve already rebooked with her.
Sam took exceptional care of our dog and two cats AS ALWAYS! The rover visits are thorough and ease our mind when we are away. She is the absolute best!!
