“Shannon, and family, took such great care of our babies. On a daily basis, she kept us well informed of how they were doing and sent plenty of pictures so we felt at ease. The family loved snuggling with them which helped make our babies feel at home. This was our first time having someone other than family watch our dogs; Shannon made us feel comfortable while we spent time with family on vacation especially given our Bichon's separation anxiety. We will definitely use her again in the future.”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was extremely nervous. Lydia was amazing with my pups , she sent updates, videos and pictures the whole time. We will definitely be using her for all our trips out of town from now on. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!”

“My dog settled in immediatly. After a short exploration of the house, he went directly to Erin for a belly rub. He was very calm when I picked him up and went to Erin to say goodbye right before we left.”

“Donna was highly recommended to us by some friends and she took excellent care of our dog Malcolm while we went out of town for a wedding. She gave him endless attention which was evident when we picked him up and he made himself comfortable on her lap! She sent us pictures and videos so we knew he was in good hands, and even took him to the park and for plenty of walks. We highly recommend Donna to anyone!!”

“We highly recommend David! This was our first time using Rover and we were nervous about leaving our dog, Olive, for a whole week with someone we didn't know. After meeting David, our fears dissipated and we felt pretty confident that Olive would enjoy her stay. David has a calm, gentle demeanor, and Olive seemed relaxed around him from the beginning. We enjoyed the daily pictures of Olive that he texted to us. We will definitely ask David again if we need someone to watch our dog!”

“Abigail went above and beyond in her care for our Lola! I think Lola enjoyed her visit very much, as it felt like Lola was missing Abigail and Cleo the day we brought her home. 🙂 Thank you for such great care!”

“Emily is great in communicating and our Dixie loves her time with Emily. Such a wonderful experience for us to have someone who loves and cares for our girl as much as we do!”

“Sidney took wonderful care of Scout! She was attentive, kept us updated, and sent pictures throughout his stay, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable knowing Scout was in good hands and well cared for. We would happily recommend Sidney to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!”

“We had the absolute best experience with Kimberly. She took such great care of our puppy and was super accommodating. She also sent us pics and updates all weekend while we were away. 😊”

“John is an excellent sitter! I can’t say enough good things about him. He took such good care of our dog, sent twice daily updates, and provided lots of walks and enrichment activities for him while we were out of town. We know our boy Lu enjoyed his stay!”

“Our Golden, Eli, received, EXCELLENT care and attention ~ and Katie kept us updated daily, including photos, which kept us from worrying and assured us he was happy and doing well!!!”

“Marah did an amazing job taking care of our fur baby!! She kept us updated and sent pictures daily! She had a very quick response time to our messages as well. We will definitely be using Marah again in the future. We would highly recommend her.”
“Theresa took excellent care of Lucy. Very happy with our experience and would totally have our dog stay there again. She was enthusiastic of a meet in greet, wanted to learn about our dog, accommodated refrigerated food, very communicative throughout the stay, and Lucy seemed very happy there! Thanks so much, Theresa!”

“Kevin is very knowledgeable about dogs and was very patient with my American bulldog “Goose”. It was his first time being away from home and was scared and was being aggressive. Kevin worked with him and made him feel comfortable and part of the family. I feel 1000% comfortable leaving my dog in his care.”

“Elise was wonderful! Our dog has never stayed somewhere without us - and she didn’t want to come home! Our dog, Lainey, enjoyed having a doggy friend to play with! Lainey also typically won’t eat much of her food away from home but Elise gave Lainey her food in her crate (she loves her crate and it’s definitely her comfort area when she was a break) and Lainey ate all of her food! It’s very evident that Elise if knowledgeable in pet care! She was also communicative and flexible! She sent video and picture updates as well!”

Another amazing stay with Shannon for my 2 Great Danes. They were very well cared for and I loved getting all of the pictures during their stay! They both take daily medication and that was not an issue for Shannon. I feel so fortunate that she is able to watch my babies!

Penny and Evan took wonderful care of my 8 year German shepherd dog. The time he spent with them was the longest we've ever boarded him, and it was very apparent that he was in great hands. I can tell they were very attentive to him. He definitely loves to be around people as often as possible and Penny and Evan are an excellent pair for him. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Erin and Matthew. They took excellent care of our dogs while we were away and gave us peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. They were dependable, easy to communicate with, and treated our dogs like their own. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pups and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Sidney took wonderful care of Scout! She was attentive, kept us updated, and sent pictures throughout his stay, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable knowing Scout was in good hands and well cared for. We would happily recommend Sidney to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
