About: I have 10+ years of dog experience with past experience owning a family dog. I have dog sat for friends on numerous occasions for 1 week at a time and have looked after cats for 3 weeks. I want a furry friend but it's not a good time for me to have one right now and I am so excited to give your pets love and care while you're away. I work full time during the days and will be available on weeknight evenings and on the weekends. For doggies in the neighborhood I can walk them in the cold winter mornings before I go to work! I live in a condo close to green spaces. I live in a busy downtown area so dogs I baby sit will have to be comfortable with city noise and bustle. I have a dedicated room that I can put a litter box in and my apartment has an elevator and 1 set of stairs for easy access to the outside for potty breaks. For walking, I am very active and love to be outside so taking your pup for walks will be an easy addition to my already active life.

Rufana was amazing! She took our dog Stew without meeting him first as we were passing through Edmonton. Rufana was extremely flexible with drop of times as our itinerary changed a few times. While our dog Stew was in her care, we received photos and videos. She is highly recommended.
Marie is an exceptional dog caregiver! My dogs love her and love being with her and their buddies who are with her. They love their walks with her and she takes them for long walks too. Her heart is for the safety and care of the dogs she looks after, and she is so capable in handling a myriad of situations. She is so astute about reading situations, having safety measures and creative solutions in place before they may be needed, and she ensures all dogs get personalized time and love. Her home is designed for different safe groupings of dogs as needed as well as for their comfort and fun. For example, her living room can be turned into a haven of cushions and dog toys for their napping and playtime. She has carefully and dependably helped Chili and Pepper with different care treatments (e.g. a variety of medications including for hotspots and after surgery). My dogs are mini dachshunds, and Marie is very careful with their backs. You can depend on Marie to look after your dogs with a regular schedule also! If you enjoy receiving pictures about your dog’s day, Marie is the GOAT. No one I am aware of sends as many pictures and videos as Marie. She is also a very skilled photographer. I have received so many precious pictures and memories from her while they are with their Mama Marie. I consider myself blessed to be able to know Marie. She is such a smart, kindhearted, super capable person. I do not see how I would have made my flight to see my parent in time without her help. I am so grateful for all of Marie’s help and care of my dogs during their most recent stay with her. Rover is so lucky to have Marie as one of their dog caregivers!

This was the first time I left my dog in the care of anyone outside of our immediate family. I had visited a few kennels when I was looking at boarding my dog and it was not exactly the kind of environment I was looking for, it was very institutional like, despite understanding why it needed to be that way. I wanted my dog to thrive while outside our home and have new experiences that would not be typical in her everyday and she got that and more. Colton is very committed to the dogs in his care. His dog Emma is lovely and has learned to share her dad which is not always easy. My dog Charlie had the pleasure of playing with multiple dogs during her stay which I did not expect but was happy she was exposed to multiple dogs at a time. I loved she was in a home away from home. I loved that an area in the house was dedicated exclusively to the dogs, sofas, soft toys, chew toys and plenty of water, and supervision and engagement by Colton. His daily video updates were welcomed and appreciated and I shared them with each member of my immediate family so they could see our beloved Charlie was thriving. We were very happy to pick her up. We missed her a lot. She came home happy, healthy and maybe a little tired from the experience 😉 I would highly recommend Colton if you are looking for an honest, straightforward, down to earth person who actually cares about what he is doing. Renee was very quick to respond to our last minute booking request and was very accommodating. We were able to leave our 12 week old Isla with peace of mind that she was in capable hands (complete with all the puppy biting and not fully house trained yet).
