About: I’d love to care for your pup with walks, visits, or overnight hang-outs! I work from home most of the time (setting my own schedule for days in the office) and will be able to spend tons of time with your pup with very few and flexible exceptions. We have our own pup, a young golden retriever who is very social and confident and silly. He plays and gets along really well with other dogs! Dogs who are well behaved, relaxed, and mellow are my favourite, but I love pups who have more energy as long as they listen really well and are gentle and kind :) We can go for walks in our quiet and safe neighbourhood and in the huge field outside our front door, and we can hangout together in our paved and closed off backyard! We are pretty mellow people and love having a pup around to walk and adventure with and to snuggle and chill with. I do not take dogs who do not walk well on a leash (unrelenting pulling is a no-go, but they also don’t have to be perfect or beside me the whole time - they can certainly sniff and explore and enjoy themselves), who are loud (consistent barking or whining), who have destructive separation anxiety, or who are aggressive with or have issues with other dogs or people (reactivity). If you’re in need of a sitter for a longer duration, it’s best if your dog would be comfortable in an office environment where other dogs may be present. It’s easier to accommodate longer stays if I can bring them with me to work, though I am able to work from home any time and certainly over shorter stays. Safety is my top priority followed closely by having fun! When outside I’ll keep your dog on a leash unless we are hanging out together in our closed off backyard.

From my childhood dog Farley (a cocker spaniel) to my current dog Daisy (a lab/basset hound cross) I’ve been exposed to all different types of dogs of all ages, and love them all! I work fully remote from home (which my dog Daisy loves!) so am available to care for your animals at any point throughout the day. I have lots of experience with dog AND cat walking as well as grooming (especially for the hairless variety) needs. I got the energy to keep up with the pups & kittens, also got the calm down button and able to just hang out and keep your older loved ones safe and happy. Any questions just reach out I’m new to Edmonton, moved from Vancouver. Pet care is what I do full time so my schedule is very accommodating to your pet needs. Any pets being cared for in my home are treated like my own. All of your request are followed thoroughly and updates are provided as often as requested. Same goes for the pets I care for in your home, your home is treated like mine with the upmost respect and all rules are carefully followed.

About: I have 13 years of experience with dogs of different ages, breeds, and different health conditions. I have a 5 year old Affenpinscher with Patellar Luxation and Pancreatitis. My dog in the past also had Dementia, a heart condition, and poor eyesight in her remaining eye. I’m able to give eye drops and oral medication if needed, please provide thorough written medication instructions. I’ve had volunteer experience in a dog salon and animal shelter. I’m able to bathe, dry, and brush your pups if needed (at no extra charge), if they require a special shampoo/conditioner please let me know, and send it with during their stay. I have an assortment of brushes and combs, so you don’t need to pack any, unless you’d prefer your pups to be brushed with their own brushes (your own brushes and combs will not be shared with other dogs). I am not a trainer, but have some experience with dog agility training, and basic obedience (sit, lay down, stay, leave it), so I can help maintain those cues during their stay. I have a 5 year old Affenpinscher, who loves making new doggy friends to play with. *NO PRIVATE bookings. ALL bookings MUST be made through the Rover website/app/company. ALL updates (photos and messages) during booking will be sent through the Rover app. as well. *I do all of my meet and greets at the same location, the Grand Trunk/Lauderdale off leash dog park, in the small dog fenced area. I require a meet and greet for ALL NEW clients. *Please provide veterinarian information as well, such as name/location/address and phone number. In case of emergency dogs will be taken to the nearest vet clinic.* I’m happy to provide reference upon request. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to send me a message. (: I can be home full time for dogs that need extra care and are unable to be left by themselves. The only time I’d have to leave is for an appointment. I have a fully fenced backyard with a ramp up and down the dead for dogs that have trouble walking. I monitor doggy’s while they are in the backyard. If you’d like your doggy to be crated at night and/or when left at home, please provide their own kennel/crate. I send photos and updates of your doggy to you, but you’re welcome to message to check in as much as you’d like. For safety precautions all collars are only worn while we are on a walk or in the backyard (I monitor the entire time). Collars are taken off at night and if I need to step out of the house for a bit.

About: I was raised with cats and dogs and partially responsible for their training and care. I have been a pet sitter in my own home for many years. I'm very good with animals. I'm one of those people that even shy animals like me. I'm very good with leading/handling any size dog. I work from home and my job doesn't require me to work full time. I have plenty of time and I love animals. However, I am a night owl and only free afternoons, evenings, and nights. I provide visits and walks in which your pets will be fed, watered, and socialized with. I can also provide care to any additional exotic pets.
