About: I've been a longtime cat foster with a local animal rescue, and have lived with pets almost all my life. I have experience with clicker and target training with both dogs and cats! My first clicker trainee was my cat, Oscar. With the rescue, I gained experience with diabetes treatment. I'm always happy to learn more about animal care. I have a fairly flexible schedule, which lends me the freedom to spend more time with your pet. My other daily tasks are very portable. I have good experience with pet needs such as feeding, crating, nail trimming, bathing, and minor medical attention such as giving medications and diabetes management. I regularly research animal behavior and training methods to help me be a more effective support. I'm flexible about visit times, locations, dog size, and pricing. Caring for your pet is something that requires a lot of trust of me, and I appreciate your skepticism. I wouldn't leave my fur-babies with just anyone, too. Training dogs when I was younger made me much more aware of body language and different personalities. I am always watching for potential stressors or safety issues. I love giving dogs the freedom of an off-leash area, but would have to trust that they will listen to me before being comfortable with any safety risks involved with that.

About: I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and other pets, including feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic medications, maintaining routines, and providing lots of attention, patience, and affection. As a university student, pet care fits easily into my routine because I have a flexible schedule. My flexible schedule allows for me to provide consistent walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and companionship to the animal I am caring for. Whether in my home or in my client’s home, I take caring for pets very seriously. I make sure to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while following each pet’s individual routine. I think it is important to maintain the pet’s routine to ensure the pet gets enough exercise, playtime, bathroom breaks, and proper administration of medication. I also respect client’s homes and always leave them clean and secure.
