I am passionate about animals.
I grew up on a farm surrounded by a wide range of animals. I currently live with my dog, Hank, and two cats, Nora and Ted. I have had my dog, Hank since he was a puppy. He is now 12 years old. I am well versed in senior care. I had my cat, Charlie for 18 years, giving him medication daily to manage his high-blood pressure. Sadly, I said good-bye to Charlie three years ago. It was one of the hardest things I had to do. I have genuine love and care for senior animals after his passing.

I would gladly engage Jenna-Lee again. She was prompt, sent lots of good photos and updates, and she was always available by text. She is lovely and caring. Our kitties took to her right away.

I would recommend Jenna-Lee without hesitation! We left our dog with Jenna-Lee and her lovely family for almost a month, and he was very much loved and well taken care of. It can be stressful to leave your pet with anyone new, but rest assured, your stress is not needed here! We received pictures and messages everyday, and Jenna-Lee was very diligent at following our feeding instructions. We feel so lucky to have found her. Not sure our dog wanted to come home 😊.

Schedule
I work full time as a teacher. I am usually busy Monday-Friday during the day. However, my partner works from home. With teaching I also have a very flexible schedule when it comes to holidays and weekends!

Safety, trust & environment
My home has a large yard. There will be plenty of walks and opportunities for play. I take my dog for 3 walks throughout the day, often spending more than two hours outside with him. I make sure my animals are mentally stimulated by providing them with puzzle toys, and engaging with them in play.

A typical day
There will be plenty of long walks with some snuggles and pets sprinkled in. I have a wide range of puzzles toys that I would love to bring if requested.
