Animal lover with free time
While I don't have professional experience caring for pets, I'm a cat and dog lover at heart- I grew up having cats and fish, but was the child that always begged for a dog. I love following advice and suggestions, but also enjoy earning trust from animals and letting them create a unique bond with me - like a fun aunt that comes over to play. I currently live in Edmonton with an 8am-5pm job. Evening walks are my jam! My husband and I love our evening walks together no matter the weather or time of night - which works out great if you have a work schedule or commitments that have you out of the house in the evenings. We can happily assist with those pre bedtime zoomies - cats, dogs, bunnies, birds, or any of the like.

I have a cat friendly home with a separate room that is available if required. I unfortunately do not live in a dog friendly place - so I am happy to come to you!

Miranda and her husband are amazing! They always show up to walk my dog Rook even if it’s super last minute. They are always sure to respond and provide Rook with some much needed enrichment! Cannot recommend Miranda and her husband enough.

Miranda took good care of my cat while I was away for the day. She fed him, spent time playing with him, and gave him attention, which I appreciated. My cat seemed comfortable and happy during the visit. However, she brought her husband with her into my home without informing me beforehand. While the care itself was good, I would have expected communication and permission before another person entered my home.
Great and reliable as usual!! Bowie is so lucky to have Miranda doing regular drop in visits. Thanks again! This is such a great help and we couldn’t recommend Miranda more!

Miranda provided excellent care to my cat during daily drop ins for one week. My cat can be difficult to interact with and a little cranky, but Miranda made great progress according to her updates and photos. I hope she’s available next time I am out of town.

Schedule
I work in the office during the weekday so evening walks and weekend check ins are my jam! I'd balance out a shift workers schedule perfectly! Ideal walk and check in times are from 6am-7:30am and 5:30pm-11pm.
