I have 2 rescued cats at home and they mean the world to me. I live in Central Edmonton and would be happy to bond with your pet and keep them company in your absence. I have a flexible schedule all week long and my own vehicle. I am fond of animals and would treat your pet as preciously as if it were mine. I've watched cats, a hamster and a small hedgehog for friends in the past, and have had dozens of repeat clients through Rover at this point. Anick has been our cat sitter for years. She has always been reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring. She has gone above and beyond many times, including making it to our house through freezing cold, snow, and even frozen door locks just to make sure our cats were taken care of. We have three cats with very different personalities and needs, and Amick has built a bond with each of them. One of our cats is very shy and timid, and she quickly earned her trust. Another can be grumpy on the outside but is really a baby underneath, and she managed to get past his tough exterior. One of our cats has tummy issues, and Amick has always been careful to follow his diet closely to keep him comfortable. My husband and I genuinely look forward to her daily updates when we are away. They are detailed, thoughtful, and always include great photos, which is so reassuring. She also keeps an eye on our home by bringing in mail, checking the heat during cold snaps, and even doing a quick vacuum, all of which is far beyond what we would ever expect. Most recently, our return home was delayed by a day, and Amick quickly stepped in to care for our cats with very little notice. We truly feel our cats are in great hands with Amick and could not recommend her more highly.
I always feel secure in the knowledge that Anick is looking after my cats. Its a weight off my mind, so I can enjoy my vacation!
Reliable cat care and good communication
I’ve been booking drop in visits with Anick for a couple of years now but this was the first time we did housesitting since we were going away for 2 weeks. As always, our cats were calm and happy on our return and our house was spotless when we came back. Anick is always great with updates and photos. We always feel like our cats are in good hands, will continue to rebook! :)
We had such a great experience with Anick as our house and dog sitter! She was reliable, caring, and kept us updated while we were away, which gave us real peace of mind. Our dog was so well looked after and clearly loved spending time with her. The house was spotless when we came home, and everything was just as we left it.

I have my own company (different service) with a very flexible schedule, so I am available anytime during the day or on weekends, even at short notice.
