“Jonathan did great with my cats. They are not very friendly with strangers but he took all the hissing and swats aimed at him in stride. By the end of the booking they seemed to have warmed up a bit and when I came home they were relaxed and calm. Jonathan also injured his knee right before the booking but still did not cancel, even though my apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. I really appreciated that 🙂. He was extremely flexible with dropping off/ picking up keys and the initial meet and greet. The rover cards were detailed and I loved all the numerous creative pictures I received of the cats. Pepper is normally suspicious and barks at people who come to the door, but I think Andrea has such a calm quiet gentle demeanor, that Pepper felt comfortable with her right away! The cats, too, came right over and were mesmerized.
