“Maddie looked after our two bengal cats for a week; our cats are on a raw diet and she had to visit the cats twice a day. We were quite nervous at the beginning not sure how the logistics would go, but things went so well we were able to relax on vacation. A lot of pics from each day, including from meals and playtime. Maddie was very responsive which helped a lot mentally. We are very grateful to Maddie for having looked after our furry babies and will definitely engage her again next time.”

“Lacey did an amazing job looking after my cat, Tasha, while I was away for several weeks on vacation. I opted for the drop-in service this time around. We arranged a time prior to my vacation to meet in-person, go over my cat’s particular care instructions, and introduce my cat to Lacey as well so she would be familiar with Lacey when she came to visit while I was away. Tasha loved her right away! Lacey consistently sent daily photos, videos and updates to me through the Rover app. Since it was the summer and it can get quite hot in my home, Lacey would also turn on the fans for Tasha as well on warmer days. This was the first time I tried using Rover and it can definitely be nerve-wracking leaving your pet for an extended period of time, but Lacey made the experience extremely positive. About: I own a pitbull chocolate lab mix, hes a rescue and is my joy in life. I've taught him manners and made him many friends, he and I are always in the market for new dog friends! I own a dog so walks daily lots of snuggles and bring him to see his friends almost daily. And the park as often as possible. About: Hi! My name is Alina. I am a full time student at the University of Alberta. I plan on becoming an elementary school teacher! I love all animals, especially dogs! I have a dog of my own, so I am quite familiar with a walking schedule, feeding, bathing and overall caring for a dog. I have also been walking and pet-sitting neighbours’, friends’ and family’s dogs for quite some time now (in both the summer and the winter months). Additionally, I have worked with dogs of all sizes, strengths, and energy levels! I would love a chance to find a fixed / stable schedule to become a part-time dog walker!
