Pet Care Skills and Experience • Certified in Pet CPR — prepared for emergencies and make it my priority to keep your furry friends safe at all times. • Professional Experience — Currently working at a dog daycare which allows me to gain hands-on experience in caring for dogs every day and I also had worked in a pet-friendly hotel, providing care and comfort to pet parents and their animal companion in a professional setting. • All Kinds of Pet Friends — had personally raised and cared for various kinds of pets, including cats, rabbits, hamsters, and fish; also helped friends look after their puppies and birds. • Genuine love for pets’ well-being — friends and family often say I’m patient, gentle, and always putting animals’ happiness first. • Multilingual Service — If needed, I’m happy to provide service in English/French/Japanese/Mandarin/Cantonese whenever you need to make things easy and smooth!

How do I care for your pets Before providing any service, if needed, we can discuss a time to arrange a friendly meet-and-greet which will give your pet a chance to get to know and feel comfortable with me. Lets us chat about your furry friends’ likes/dislike, comfort level around other pets and people, as well as any special needs. This helps me provide the best possible care with love and attention to them. During our walks, I love keeping pet parents in the loop and send photos and updates so you can see your fur baby enjoying every step and their happy moments!

She was absolutely amazing! 🥰 So sweet, caring, and attentive with my dog. She kept in touch throughout the walk and sent lots of adorable pictures, which I really appreciated and loved seeing. It was clear she genuinely cared and made sure my pup was happy and comfortable. Super reliable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Vivan took great care of Peanut and Lola! I am very pleased with her.
My dog Lenny had a great walk with Vivian. She was able to accommodate on super short notice. Arrived early and did a meet a greet. Would recommend.
Vivian helped us out with such short notice and took our big boy Jake for a great walk and sent lots of photos throughout!
Vivian is wonderful! She arranged a ‘meet and greet’ with our golden before walking her, which we really appreciated and was incredibly quick to reply. She sent lots of sweet updates/photos and our golden really loves her. We hope to continue to book her future!

Schedule
I’m a recent university grad and PR with a big passion for animals and the pet care industry. I’m currently working part-time at a dog daycare, which gives me lots of hands-on experience with dogs every day. Within my available schedule, I have plenty of free time to walk and care for your pets. I’m super flexible and can be available anytime at Thursday, Friday and weekends.
