I have a fairly flexible schedule, which lends me the freedom to spend more time with your pet. As I currently have a foster cat, I am currently unable to offer boarding, and need to be at my home at least twice a day to administer medications.

I'm a cat foster with a local animal rescue, and have lived with pets almost all my life. I have experience with clicker and target training with both dogs and cats! My first clicker trainee was my cat, Oscar. With the rescue, I gained experience with diabetes treatment. I'm always happy to learn more about animal care.

Sam took care of my two cats for a week while I was on vacation. I was so happy with her service and hope she'll cat sit for us again! She sought out detailed information ahead of time, asked lots of great questions, communicated consistently and proactively, and is a lovely person! I have full confidence in her caring for my kitties and my home!
Sam is truly dependable, and I can see that she loves our cat as much as we do, so I feel fully assured that things are being taken care of when we're away.
Sam watched my cat (and my house) for a week while I took summer vacation. She kept me updated with pictures and gave lots of pet cuddles as well as regular duties like keeping the food bowl filled and the litter box clean. My cat also has some specific demands like drinking time from the bathroom sink and Sam was happy to accommodate his whims. I was really glad to know he wasn't just getting fed, but also loved up while I was gone! When I returned, Sam had left no trace but a happy, and well cared for cat!
Sam truly goes above and beyond to make sure the animals in her care are happy, healthy, and protected. One of my cats is sensitive, shy, and extremely particular— she is honestly not easy and doesn’t warm up to new people quickly; some pet sitters don’t even see her. Sam is unbelievably generous and patient with her, going so far as to bring over a whole selection of her own cat toys for Junie to try in order to learn more about what she likes. My other cat is really young and Junie and I don’t always have the energy to tucker her out, so Sam had the idea of getting her an electronic toy and brought over one for us to borrow. (She loved it!!). Sam is thorough and thoughtful beyond measure, trustworthy, and kind. She is genuinely curious and loving towards all the animals she looks after. Her services are worth every penny and then some. Highly recommend!
