I’d love to care for your pup with walks, visits, or overnight hang-outs! I work from home most of the time (setting my own schedule for days in the office) and will be able to spend tons of time with your pup with very few and flexible exceptions. We have our own pup, a young golden retriever who is very social and confident and silly. He plays and gets along really well with other dogs! Dogs who are well behaved, relaxed, and mellow are my favourite, but I love pups who have more energy as long as they listen really well and are gentle and kind :) We can go for walks in our quiet and safe neighbourhood and in the huge field outside our front door, and we can hangout together in our paved and closed off backyard! We are pretty mellow people and love having a pup around to walk and adventure with and to snuggle and chill with. I do not take dogs who do not walk well on a leash (unrelenting pulling is a no-go, but they also don’t have to be perfect or beside me the whole time - they can certainly sniff and explore and enjoy themselves), who are loud (consistent barking or whining), who have destructive separation anxiety, or who are aggressive with or have issues with other dogs or people (reactivity).

Samantha is kind, communicative and down to earth! We felt great ease having her in our home taking care of our young cat, Vito. Vito is mischievous and takes some time to warm up to new people but Samantha was steadfast with her efforts and met him where he was at — even if it proved difficult at times! We’re so grateful for her patience!
Samantha and Spencer were amazing with Scout! They provided regular updates with pics, and I felt confident Scout was well taken care of. Will definitely book again.
We Sure Would Recommend Samantha to Anyone wishing to have a Dogsitter in her Home. Samantha took Excellant Care of Our Baby in her Home, she sent Us Pictures of Our Annie Every Evening, from all the Pictures we knew Annie was very Comforable in Samantha's Home!
Samantha did an incredible job taking care of Winston during our wedding and kept us updated with photos and videos the whole time. He was a very happy camper and we really appreciated the care and attention that he experienced!
Samantha (& Spencer) were like leaving our girl with friends. We were pretty nervous about leaving her but within about a day, Samantha really put our nerves at ease. She provided us with regular updates and photos/videos to let us know our pup was doing good. She provided us with details about how our girl was doing that was over & above what we expected. We could tell from the updates and photos that our girl was getting spoiled and lots of love. We were joking that our pup may want to stay with Samantha! We wouldn't hesitate to book with Samantha again.
Samantha has a golden heart! She provided excellent in-home care to cricket. I received frequent updates and photos. I highly recommend her services and would definitely use her again.

Schedule
If you’re in need of a sitter for a longer duration, it’s best if your dog would be comfortable in an office environment where other dogs may be present. It’s easier to accommodate longer stays if I can bring them with me to work, though I am able to work from home any time and certainly over shorter stays.

Safety is my top priority followed closely by having fun! When outside I’ll keep your dog on a leash unless we are hanging out together in our closed off backyard.
