Single mom, 3 kids, no pets - let us love yours!! I have always been a lover of animals, having bunnies, a cat and fish growing up. In a recent relationship, I fell in love with a dog for the first time and have never known that kind of unconditional affection and deep connection with a pet before. Dogs are definitely the best! Don’t get me wrong, I love cats too. I’m not in a place financially yet to have any pets of our own, so let me love yours and I promise they will love me. My home comes equipped with 3 kids (16, 13 and 11), half of the time. They also absolutely adore pets and will give yours tons of attention! We have bowls, beds, and a leash, so these are things you don’t need to bring unless your pet has preferences of course.

Vanessa is great at what she does and I would highly recommend. She cared for my cats for 3 days while I was out of the city and everything went extremely smooth, taking a huge weight off my shoulders. My one cat, Ginny, is an extremely shy girl and NEVER normally greets strangers - well Vanessa had her out for pets and playing with her toy after ONE day. I was shocked to say the least. 10/10 service :)

Schedule
I work from home, and choose my own schedule. This means that I can create the space required to love your baby in the ways you want me to. I love the fact that having your pet with me will give me company (when the kids aren’t with me) and an excuse to get outside and move! If you are bringing your baby to me for boarding, I accept clients from all over the city. For walks, or home visits I am only working in a 2km radius from my home in Holyrood.

I have a fully fenced yard, with tons of room to play! We are in a great neighborhood for walks, with a big park close by. The off leash is just a 5 minute drive away, and we love to go there. I gladly implement your regular pet care routines into my life, and love your pet the ways you do!
A typical day
Well I love morning walks!! Once I get to work, we take some play breaks during the day to get my up and off of my desk chair. When kids get home from school they play with the fur babies and my littlest loves to do fetch in the yard. We’ll do an evening walk and if time allows and your doggo loves it, we’ll go to the dog park too.
