“Sherrie and her family were amazing with our pups. We could sense how comfortable our pups were with them and it was evident how well cared for and loved our pups were, while in their care. During pickup, after their initial excitement of seeing us, our younger pup tried to follow Sherrie back into her home as she went in to get their bag. This is a glowing endorsement for us as he normally sticks to is like glue! Sherrie also provided daily text and/or photo updates which put our minds at ease. This was our first Rover booking and we were unsure of what to expect, but seeing our pups looking so relaxed and happy confirmed that we had found a perfect home/pet sitting family for our pups. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
