During pickup, after their initial excitement of seeing us, our younger pup tried to follow Sherrie back into her home as she went in to get their bag. I had such a great experience! They were able to take Ted on short notice, which I really appreciated, especially since I needed care for several days. They kept me updated the whole time with lots of photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious that Ted was well looked after, loved, and having a great time. They were so kind, welcoming, and reassuring from start to finish. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
