Cannot recommend Jill enough. Our girl Sadie was very happy while we were away and we received daily updates which was nice.
Raven’s first overnight went really well! We so appreciated Jill’s willingness to take Raven earlier than planned: thanks, Jill!!! Raven definitely has a new friend in Jill! Really appreciated the updates and photos (“Da plane!”).

Jills care for our 13 year old diabetic cat was amazing. I reached out to her last min due to her previous 5 star ratings. Although Jill was booked, she made a special room for our old boy. She provided him an entire room with 2 litter boxes, a double bed and even a flower on the table. He was in a 5 star resort. She created a box for him surrounded by pillows and blankets for him to hide during the storms. She made a ramp for his easy access on and off the bed. Her communication was immediate and so professional. Jill provided us pictures of our old boy a number of times a day along with updates on his eating and insulin injections-that she was excellent at administering. He was cuddled, petted, taken care of and very happy. I would highly recommend Jill for anyone who wants their beloved pet to be in the very best care. We have already booked her again for his next stay. Words cannot say how impressed we are with Jill!
I can't say enough good things about Bananas stay with Jill. She updated us daily with pictures of their activities and we observed nothing but him having a blast! Jill is gentle, calm, and patient and had no issues handling our very rambunctious and excitable boy. No greater feeling than sending your pet away and knowing they'll be treated the exact same way they would at home 😊

Schedule
My schedule is intentionally flexible, which allows me to accommodate drop-ins, boarding, and meet-and-greets without being tied to a traditional workday. When I’m caring for a dog or cat, their routine becomes the focus-walks, meals, medication, and enrichment fit naturally into my day, along with plenty of companionship.

Safety, trust & environment
I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly home where safety and well-being come first. Comfortable resting areas are set up for both cats and dogs, along with a fully-fenced yard for outdoor time. Doors and gates are kept secure, and routines stay consistent throughout each stay. Beds, blankets, and toys are available, and crates or kennels are available for dogs who prefer them. The home is non-smoking and child-free. I adjust the setup to suit each pet, whether that means quiet companionship, time to play, or a slower pace while they get comfortable.

A typical day
A typical day here is focused on each pet’s routine and helping them feel at home. Mornings start with fresh water, breakfast, and outdoor time for dogs, while cats settle into their favourite spots indoors. Throughout the day, pets can relax in cozy rest areas, enjoy toys and enrichment, and spend time together or on their own, depending on what they prefer. Dogs enjoy walks, yard time, and gentle play with plenty of praise. Cats can choose playtime, window watching, or quiet company, depending on their mood. Evenings are easy and relaxed, with time to wind down together before bedtime.
