“Karen is so great! Excellent communication and she always sends pictures and/or videos. My cat really took to her and I'm so grateful. It made working late so much easier to know that my lil kitty was getting the attention and care she needed. I would highly recommend Karen!”

“Gina is amazing! She was very accommodating, and showed up on time. Very easy and friendly to communicate with. Caesar enjoyed her company and even warmed up enough to sit on her lap after only the second day. She cleaned up his dish and litter and made sure he got his pills. Will definitely be asking her back next time we go away.”

“Tracey and her husband were great. I’ve never left the care of my cat to strangers so I was quite nervous, but they sent pictures and updates every day and i felt very comfortable knowing that Stitch was under good care. I would rebook cat sitting services with them again.”

About: My pet care experience started 10 years ago - my dad took me to his best friends house and they told me their dog loved going on adventures but they weren’t able to get out much. From there I started pickup him up for walks and hikes, and eventually I ended up pet sitting a bunch of different times. My favourite memory was when he hopped the fence and ran next door and waited for me at the basement suite door because he knew I was cleaning it. We became inseparable! Eventually I got my own dog, became friends with a dog trainer and have spent so many hours working and learning as much as I can about dogs. My kiddo is a little older and now I’d love to offer services to others. I work remotely taking clients so I am available most days of the week t take care of your furry friends! We have lots of green space at nearby parks for decompressing and sniffing and live in a great neighbourhood for dog walks. I have a fully fenced yard, as well as a fenced dog run. Inside the house I do require dogs to be crate trained for overnights. I offer dogs clear communication and structure in my home, with a guarantee their needs will be met. One of my best friends is a dog trainer and I work heavily with my own dog to ensure needs like prey drive (play) and pack drive are met. As well as plenty of time to decompress.
“Thank you for looking after our kitty while we were away. We especially appreciated your patience with her ear meds and your flexibility with timing. It made a big difference for us knowing she was well cared for.”

“Kristen was wonderful. She accepted our booking for drop-in visits very last minute. She was fast to respond and communicated clearly. She followed our instructions, perfectly for our dogs - one who is grumpy with strangers and the other who is blind and has to negotiate stairs. She sent great pictures and was very courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend…”

“Tammy did drop in visits for our little jack Russell over the span of 4 days. He’s a little a skittish of new people, but Tammy was a nice calming presence and eventually he was even giving her some cuddles! She was very consistent with the times she came and she fed, watered and took him for few walks. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a calm, nurturing person to watch over your pets.”

About: What sets me apart is my focus on personalized, low-stress walks tailored to your pup’s needs—whether it’s a gentle stroll for seniors or energetic play for puppies plus real-time updates. I volunteered for several years at the humane society, walking dogs daily and working closely with cats to help them feel safe and socialized. In Cochrane, I’m an adoptions counsellor, matching families with their perfect pets. At home, I’ve cared for my own exotic birds for years and of course I have my own little dog, Hanna, (who was the very first client I took out for walks!). I’ve also ridden horses for many years and currently have a rehab horse I’m gently nursing back to health. I absolutely adore all pets especially senior animals and have lots of experience providing the extra patience, gentle care, and attention they need (Hanna is a senior but still thinks she’s a pup…), whether it’s helping with mobility, or just offering quiet companionship. This diverse background equips me with skills in puppy socialization, basic training, senior care, and even unique pets like birds or horses. I love building trust with every animal and their owner, no matter their age or needs! So, I can’t wait to meet yours :) As a university student, I’m reliably available in the evenings for visits or walks. On a given day, I can also fit in early morning walks if that works best for your pet’s schedule, I’m very flexible! Your pet’s safety and happiness come first. In your home I follow your instructions exactly for feeding, routines, playtime, and any special needs. I double-check doors and gates, provide lots of attention and cuddles, and keep everything secure. I treat your home with respect—tidy on arrival, tidier when I leave! You’ll get regular photo updates so you can relax and have that peace of mind you deserve! With my shelter, adoption, and personal animal experience, I’m calm, reliable, and great at helping pets feel safe and loved in their familiar space. Happy to chat about your pet’s needs!

“Our experience with Jacqueline was a 10/10! She gave our cat the royal treatment from start to finish. Not only did she provide extra care and feeding she also left our home immaculate. We received fun pics and updates every day and it was clear that she really loves cats, as much as we do! I would highly recommend Jacqueline for any pet care - she is super responsible.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, temperaments, and backgrounds. I’ve fostered dogs ranging from young puppies to rescue cases coming from neglect, so I’m comfortable adapting to different needs and personalities. I also worked at a dog and cat boarding kennel, where I supervised playgroups and cared for a wide variety of client pets. This experience made me very confident in reading canine body language, managing group dynamics, and ensuring every pet stays safe, comfortable, and happy. With a background in veterinary medicine as a Wildlife Biologist, I’m confident administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and keeping a close eye on your pet’s overall health and wellbeing. You can trust that your pet is in capable, attentive hands. I’m also very active—I’ve spent years hiking in the Rockies, so whether your dog loves long walks, runs, or high-energy play, I can easily keep up! As a former dog owner of 14 years, I understand the special care and patience senior dogs need, as well as the deep bond we share with our pets. In addition, I’ve taken training courses and worked closely with my foster dogs on skills like crate training and leash manners to help set them up for success. Your pet will be treated like family, with lots of love, attention, and personalized care. I have recently completed my Masters degree and am doing some online coursework to continue building my skillset so my schedule is very open and flexible to the needs of your pet! I take safety and comfort very seriously, whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. I’ve created a pet-friendly environment with potential hazards in mind, any plants are kept in a closed-off room so they’re completely inaccessible, and since there are no children in the home, there are no small toys or choking risks present. My space is also senior-friendly, with only one stair, making it easier and safer for older dogs or those with mobility concerns. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, including monitoring water intake based on their breed, activity level, and the weather, to ensure they stay properly hydrated and healthy. Overall, I aim to provide a calm, secure, and attentive environment where pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times.
“Nastassia was did a great job taking care of our cats, plants, and home in general while we were away for a two-week trip. She was very attentive and open to feedback. We felt so much more at ease knowing that she was there to help. Highly recommend!”
About: I’ve grown up my whole life with two dogs, big and small, so I know just how important your furry friends are. Since I was 10 years old i’ve taken care of all types of dogs, and I am comfortable providing any type of care. I am a huge animal lover and have had much experience taking care of cats, rabbits, and even reptiles! I am currently in school studying a major in Biology and a minor in Zoology with hopes to spend much of my time around animals. As a dedicated student and lifelong animal enthusiast, I provide attentive, trustworthy care for your furry friends while you’re away. I am more than comfortable house/dog sitting over multiple nights and would love to have a companion in the house! Before caring for your pet, I will hope to be made aware of any special care necessary so I can be prepared and care for your pet in the best way possible. I am currently a student athlete on my summer break. This means that most of my time is spent working full time. I have a very consistent schedule working Sunday-Thursday with some odd times, either starting later in the day or ending earlier in the day. With that, I would plan to discuss my schedule with you in detail so that there is full understanding on when I will be around for overnight care etc. I am always open to discuss the best times needed for a walk around the block with your furry friend and am always available for over night stay, even working weekly. With that in mind, the amount of time your pet is able to stay alone will be the most important question before I am able to provide my care. I have a fenced yard and a lovely german shepherd to keep your fur baby company. There is no crate, but am able to bring one into my home so your dog can sleep peacefully.
About: I’ve had both dogs and cats in my home all my life. I’ve been to many many puppy classes and dog training sessions. I’ve changed many litter boxes, and gone to countless dog parks, and been on hundreds of walks with dozens of dog breeds. I’ve taken pet first aid taught by one of CALGARY’a premiere vets Dr Drew Van Nekirk. I’ve also worked with many exotic animals such as gibbons, MCCaws, parrots, snakes, reptiles, raccoons, and so many more, as I was a docent at the CALGARY Zoo, and Santa Barbara Zoo in California. You could call me an animal lover but that would be an understatement. I’m more of a worshipper .😊😊😊 I look forward to meeting and caring for countless more fur babies through this site, and in my lifetime! I am extremely compassionate. I work from home part-time with a flexible schedule that I set myself, so I love the opportunity to go out during the day to walk happy fur babies! I can pick up your dog(s) and take them for a short or long walk depending on preference; I will make sure there is water to drink, and spare leashes. I can take them to off leash areas if that is permissable, and I have great success with training dogs on recall, and fetch, and good leash walking manners, as well as the basic 'sit', 'stay', and 'lay down' commands. For your feline friends; I'm happy to spend some bonding time with them, cuddling, playing, and of course cleaning their litter, freshening their food and water, and doing a wellness check.

Gayle did an amazing job of looking after our two cats while we were away for two weeks. You can tell that she genuinely loves animals and they loved her right back. Gayle kept us well informed and sent plenty of pictures. I would happily hire her again to look after our cats as we know they are in good hands.
