“Gina was awesome, very comfortable to leave our fur babies in her care. We made arrangements for her to meet our pets prior to us going away and they both took to her right away which made us feel at ease since our dog can be a bit shy, but she went right over to her and befriended her. Gina also kept us up to date with daily reports and pictures of our dog and cat. Highly recommended Gina.”

“Bethany house sat our two dogs and cat. She was very personable and took to the animals right away. She walked the dogs everyday and the house was clean and tidy when we got home. We will definitely use her again when we go away. Thank you so much!”

“Rachael took such great care of my senior dog and house for the week we were away. She sent us updates everyday, gave Chewy medicine, handled his picky eating habits and reactivity while dog walking like the pro she is. The house was spic and span when we returned. Would absolutely book with her again.”

“Cassidy was amazing with our dogs!! She sent photos and messages to let us know how our dogs were doing. She left the place clean and even laundered her sheets and towels! Highly recommend her!”

“Sara helped out last minute and was super accommodating to take care of our Annie! The house was spotless when she left as well. Very grateful for services and we would love to have her back.”

“Trinity was great with our pet Millie. She was always quick to respond to any messages, and kept us informed of any issues with the house while we were away as well. Thanks trinity!”

“We were very thankful to find Martine and with our last minute booking, appreciated her availability to stay and housesit our dog while we went away. The feedback we got from our neighbors was they saw that our dog had lots of walks and time outside which he loves! Martine was very kind, patient and accommodating and it gave us peace to know he was cared for while we were away.”

“Kiara was amazing! Had great communication, sent photos and showed a good connection with my dogs and most importantly I came back to happy doggos! Definitely will use Kiara again in the future!”

“Deborah was a delight to work with, she left the house as clean as it was if not cleaner and was communicative with updates and pictures. We hope the dogs took a liking to her!”

About: I am fear-free certified and currently employed at a shelter as part of our dog behaviour team. I have been involved in the shelter world since September 2023, and have had experience working in the dog care field since October 2022. Previously a groomer, some of you may already know me. I went through a 1.5 year long program where I learned about dog health, development, training, behaviour, and so much more. I have experience with a wide range of dogs — behavioural concerns, sizes, medical concerns, and all ages. I’m very experienced with fearful dogs (including fear-aggression), resource guarders, reactive dogs, dog-to-dog interactions, high-arousal, and more. I can offer training sessions and even small grooming tasks such as nail trims and brush outs, thanks to my nearly 3 years experience as a dog groomer! Available in Cochrane only. My work schedule is rotating so there is a solid likelihood I would be able to stay with your pets all day, depending on when your booking falls! At the moment my typical shift is early in the morning to roughly 3:30-4pm. If a booking falls during my 4-days off, I’d be with your pets all day, giving them the attention and care they deserve. Otherwise, I’d be spending the early morning, afternoon, and evening with them. As mentioned, I have a lot of experience with a very wide range of dogs, meaning I can navigate the needs of many dogs with ease. With my knowledge in behaviour and training, I will ensure your dog feels as safe as possible and keep their brains stimulated with training, productive play, enrichment, and of course lots of love. If your dog has niche needs, I can accommodate them! Knowing that dogs thrive off of consistent routines, I do my best to stick as close as possible to their typical at-home routines with you in order to help them feel comfortable during the time you’re gone. Missing their people is hard enough — I don’t want to turn their lives upside down too! I can be reached easily and am happy to send lots of photo or video updates of your pups.
“Fred was great. He stayed in our home with the 2 dogs. The house was left in good condition, he was respectful of our allergies when using the kitchen. The dogs were happy, exercised sufficiently to not be stressed, and well loved while we were away. I would definitely book Fred again.”

About: I’ve been around pets for most of my life, with over 28 years of experience caring for animals. I’ve pet sat in Calgary, Bragg Creek, and even New Zealand. I’m reliable, friendly, and caring, and I love spending time with animals—whether that’s playing, walking, or just keeping them company. I am a part-time school bus driver which means I am free between the hours of 9 am - 1:30 pm and after 6:00 pm. I cannot pet sit at home as my basement suite does not allow pets but I am most comfortable going to your home and staying with your pet or taking him/her for a walk.
“Rachel and Jason were absolutely fantastic with our elderly dog Dixie. They were very patient with her grumpiness and separation anxiety while we were away on a weekend trip. We knew Dixie liked them from the meet-and-greet before we went away, and had no concerns leaving her, as we have recently moved to the area and she is still sorting things out. We highly recommend their pet-sitting service!”

“Ella is fantastic! She house and pet sat for us over a long weekend. She sent updates & pictures which was so nice, her great communication meant I did not worry once. She even left our house cleaner than we did! 100% recommend Ella if you want happy pets and peace of mind.”

“Jen was awesome with my boys! They absolutely adored her. Being away from your pets over the holidays is hard… but Jen made sure I knew I didn’t have to worry about them… or our home. She spoiled them with chicken broth on their kibble😜 and had them for long walks everyday. When we returned home the house was super clean, linens done and driveway shoveled!! Above and beyond! Highly recommend!”

About: I have two dogs back in England that I miss terribly so I’m in need of some dog love! I’ve looked after other peoples crazy puppies to elderly and sickly dogs. I’ve looked after super high maintenance dogs that only ate freshly cooked chicken so I understand each dogs needs are different and I love all dogs so I’m happy to help I work casual and part time so when I’m not working I need something to keep me busy and looking after dogs would be a dream I’ve only recently moved into a new apartment with a balcony and comfy furniture and lots of space. I don’t have any dog essentials personally as I don’t have a dog but I’m hands on and ready to help

Deborah was lovely to have stay in my home and to look after my fur family. My dogs loved her on first meeting. She took wonderful care of both my dogs and my cat. I received pictures daily of walks and relaxing times around the house. I was very happy and felt comfortable leaving my pets in her care while I was away. I would definitely have Deborah look after them again in the future if needed.

Cooper and Mark gave our dog Lupin lots of happy walks. She obviously enjoyed their company and they treated our house as their home too. Everything was left neat and clean and Lupin was a very happy and healthy dog when we got home after two weeks. Thanks again you two for taking such good care of our Lupin!

Leanne & Herbert did an amazing job of taking care of our two dogs and two cats while we were gone for 11 days. They were very communicative and provided excellent care of our critters. I highly recommend them! They will be our first choice for care next time we go away.

I can’t recommend Renata enough! She was absolutely incredible with my dogs: so attentive, caring, and loving. She kept me updated every day with photos, and it was clear they were having the best time with her. She stayed on top of their medication and feeding schedules perfectly, which gave me such peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. Not only did she take amazing care of my dogs, but she also looked after my home so thoughtfully. I felt completely at ease while I was away, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

Rachael was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs. One is older and needs a bit of extra TLC, and the other is often still in puppy mode. She was great with communication and left our house probably cleaner than it was when we got there! She stayed for 3 weeks at our house. Would definitely recommend, and would love to have Rachael take care of our pups again!

You won’t be sorry if you hire Ian to pet sit for you. We had a meet and greet first with him and knew then that our dogs would be in loving hands and well taken care of. We were away for 3 1/2 weeks and Ian stayed with our little rescue girls in our home. One of the girls has lots of trust issues and it wasn’t long before Ian had made friends with her. While we were away, we got pictures and stories all the time and she had her head resting on his lap in some of them. That doesn’t happen with anyone but us. Ian has a special way with the dogs. He is very knowledgeable about dealing with dogs that have been traumatized and is sensitive to that. He is very particular about following the instructions that you give him. He leaves the house clean and the dogs happy and contented. I highly recommend him.

Jasmijn was absolutely 💯 amazing! She house/dog sat for us for nearly a week while we were on vacation. It was very last minute as our previous sitter had cancelled on short notice. Our dog has a condition that requires medication several times a day, so we were needing a sitter who could meet a challenging schedule and provide the required level of care. Jasmijn came to the rescue and was incredible, not only with our pup but also took great care of our home while we were gone. We will continue to work with Jasmijn in the future!

Cindy was absolutely amazing. She immediately connected with Cowboy on arrival. Her attention to details and willingness to follow his routine was reassuring and made leaving him for the first time easier than expected. We received daily updates, which included both text; videos and pictures which put our minds at ease, knowing he was in good hands. Would recommend 100%
