About: I’ve grown up my whole life with two dogs, big and small, so I know just how important your furry friends are. Since I was 10 years old i’ve taken care of all types of dogs, and I am comfortable providing any type of care. I am a huge animal lover and have had much experience taking care of cats, rabbits, and even reptiles! As a dedicated student and lifelong animal enthusiast, I provide attentive, trustworthy care for your furry friends while you’re away. I am more than comfortable house/dog sitting over multiple nights and would love to have a companion in the house! Before caring for your pet, I will hope to be made aware of any special care necessary so I can be prepared and care for your pet in the best way possible. I am currently a student at UBCO nearing the end of my semester. This means that most of my time is spent studying with a very flexible schedule. I am free all day on the weekends from Friday-Sunday with control over my free time during the week. I am always open to discuss the best times needed for a walk around the block with your furry friend and am always available for over night stay. With that in mind, the amount of time your pet is able to stay alone will be the most important question before I am able to provide my care. I have a fenced yard and a lovely german shepherd to keep your fur baby company. There is no crate, but am able to bring one into my home so your dog can sleep peacefully.

About: I’ve owned/trained dogs most of my life. I am now retired but do not currently have any pets of my own - so would love to have some canine companions to join me on my walks and outdoor adventures. I am an avid outdoors enthusiast and get out as often as possible year round. I regularily pet sit for friends and family and volunteer at the local humane society. I guarantee that your pup will get lots of exercise, love and cuddles and will return to you happy and well cared for. I look forward to meeting some new furry companions😃. I am retired with a flexible schedule. I do get out hiking, biking and cross-country skiing often so if you have a high energy dog I can definitely get them out for some exercise. Also enjoy just going on long walks. Although I don’t have a yard (live in a townhouse) I am just a few blocks away from the riverfront off leash park and have lots of time for multiple walks throughout the day. Since I am not working out of the home, I will be able to spend time with your pet and not have to leave them unattended for long periods.

About: Ever since i was a kid i loved helping others. I started out babysitting and then it went to pet care! I have lived in Cochrane all my life. I dog walk for multiple families here in Cochrane and I even have a pup of my own. She’s a teacup yorkie weighing in at 4 lbs and she’s my favourite thing in the entire world. I promise to care for your animals as much as I do my own. I am a full time student at MRU for Education and I do work outside of school. My schedule has gaps and openings for quick drop ins or even daily walks. Weekends I work as well but only a few hours so it makes it easy to tend to your animals with the utmost care. I love going on walks with my pup at home. To switch things up we love to go to the dog park and hangout with other dogs so she can be active and able to make friends! My dog is very timid and scared around other dogs so i understand being protective and attentive.

About: I (mom/Deborah) have had pets since I was a child, and owned my own first cat when I was in my 20's. 30 years later, we've had 5 cats and 1 dog and lots of rescues that were re-homed. Petsitting/House Sitting (In Your Home): 6 years ago, as a family we started petsitting internationally - we have petsit in 12 countries and cared for more than 120 family pets. What's different about about us is we petsit in your home as a family (mom and 2 teen girls). The girls are homeschooled so we are at home virtually all day to care for your pets allowing them to keep their exact happy and stress-free routines while you are away. In-Home Visits/Dog Walking: When it comes to home visits and dog walks, we are flexible and available to meet your furbabies needs and schedules. We have lots of reviews on our international petsitting forum that we would be happy to share. I work from home, my girls are homeschooled so we are extremely flexible with our schedules. We are available 7 days a week, and offer dog walking from 6am to 11pm daily. Because we travel internationally, we offer overnight (24hr) petsitting in your home. Your pets get to remain comfortable in their own home environment and maintain their schedules they are used to. Pets who are able to stay in their own home are more stress-free and happy when they are in their familiar and trusted environments, we simply come in and replicate your schedule. Plus, they also get triple amounts of love and affection from the 3 of us! In home visits for dog walking and cat visits include a basic home check to ensure your home's security. We will walk your dog(s) for specified durations, play with your dogs and cats, scoop litter, refresh water bowls and feed according to instructions. Lots of love, attention, belly rubs and play. We work hard to gain your pets trust. We've had many tell us their pets are shy or anti-social and within hours/days the pets are sitting with us watching TV to the pets looking for us days after we've left. About: Every dog has their own personality, likes/dislikes, and has been raised with specific expectations and rules. I respect all of these things and work with all owners to bring out the best in their dog. My dog Piper whom is 9 yrs old now has regularly flown in planes with me, is great with other dogs, and knows that size matters. Piper has been able to walk off leash since she was 6 months old, but by NO MEANS am I warranting or representing that I would do this with any dog in my care; however I do think this shows that I have skills with respect to communicating with dogs that works. If this interests you give me a call to discuss whether my services and/or home will work for you and your family member. I work for myself from home, am in full control of my very flexible schedule, and take many breaks during the day to play with Piper; as I would with anyone else's pet in my care. I have a fully fenced yard, quick access to the amazing river walk trails around Cochrane, a large grassy green park right behind the house perfect for fetch. With respect to barding I have enough room to separate small, medium, and large sized dogs as well as the ability to crate your dog if necessary and/or preferred.

About: As a family of six we ran a dog boarding care facility for over a decade. Fur babies have been our companions for most our lives. We enjoy outdoor exercise time with dogs. The company of a pet while relaxing at home is second to none. Life is only as good as the company you keep. We are a stay at home business owning family. With 6 of us and our friends and family coming or going throughout the day there is someone almost always home. Our boys are 22, 20 and 18 years and our daughter is now 9 years of age. We love cuddles and outdoor walks/jogs with dogs. Over night stays welcome or Pawsitive Pet Playcare! We are happy to accommodate your regular routine so your pet care is consistent while you are away. In Summer 2023, we welcomed a Yorkshire terror into our family. She’s been fun. Seen as dogs come with various personalities and traits we will enjoy getting to know your dog and socializing yours with ours. We can separate our dog from yours if necessary. If your dog is allowed to be on couch or bed we can accommodate that at our home.

About: I have had a dog living in my home literally since the day I was born, and now almost 42 years later, I could not imagine not being a dog mom! I went through breast cancer and all treatment associated with that and after I came out cancer free I decided I wanted to change my lifestyle and started dog walking! I love being out in nature surrounded by the beauty of Alberta, all while walking the most adorable and loving dogs! I have also added dog boarding to my profile, both in my own home and in some of my clients. I am ready and willing to help you and your fur babies however I can! I am a stay at home mom since battling (and winning) breast cancer in 2024. Rather than head back into an office job I decided to start dog walking and boarding and I could not be happier! I do not have a fenced yard as our house is still new but dogs are taken into the backyard on an extendable leash multiple times per day, along with morning, afternoon and evening walks!
