I am the type of person who often says hello to pets first. I was brought up in a home that always had pets, and have personally cared for and have previously been responsible for 2 cats and 2 dogs. I currently have a very friendly 3 year old German Shepherd/Husky, Lady and two grey cats, Ash & Max. I have been active on Rover for almost 3 years now and became quite involved when I first got my puppy. I have mostly seemed to care for pets from single households, or with owners who works long hours or shift work. This has allowed me to create special bonds with both animals and their owners. I also of course have done plenty of vacation or holiday sitting. This type of care usually includes general home sitting as well such keeping places secure, bringing in packages, watering plants, etc. I can offer drop ins, dog walking on or offleash, and overnight care (boarding generally preferred). I have also taken a 8 week training course with my dog and am happy to assist with any training or education you are working on. I am reliable, conscientious, and of course attentive to your pets unique quirks and needs.

Whitney, as always, was fantastic! Brought Gomez a little toy, and was flexible in her timing when there was the possibility I might have needed her to extend her care by an extra day! And I came back to a happy cat! I can’t ask for anything more!

Whitney was great with my cat, Gomez! He’s a bit of a shy boy, but appeared to warm up to her over the weekend! She also accepted my request very last second, which I appreciated! Would definitely book with her again!
Whitney was wonderful! It’s my first time using Rover and Whitney was so nice and thoughtful in her check-ins while I was out of country. I appreciated all her efforts and care in taking care of my girls!

Schedule
I am out everyday with my dog and happy to make house visits or provide care when you're away. I am working by contract so my schedule is flexible, but do appreciate a bit of notice.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a pet friendly home as well as have a reliable vehicle and access to multiple parks and dog friendly areas. I currently walk my dog multiple times a day and am happy to have another join us. I am also happy to provide one on one care at your home or away from other dogs.

A typical day
Typical fun dog activities include walks, off leash play, swimming, fetch, scent games, and providing treats or toys. Of course basic care including, food, water, touch and/or basic grooming.
