Information Erika D. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog has any behavioral challenges, mobility issues, or special needs that may require extra time and care. I love to help all dogs, regardless of their situations.

A typical day

I believe that mental stimulation is just as important for dogs as physical. During walks, I love to let dogs lead with their noses. I also love playing hide and seek with treats, or any form of mentally stimulating games.

Pet care experience

**PLEASE NOTE** I work Monday to Friday in downtown Calgary. For weekday bookings, I’m unavailable until 6:00pm I've owned 3 dogs in my lifetime. I have worked at an Animal Rescue, and volunteer at local rescues. Currently have a 2 year old, loving collie/flat coated retriever! My dog before her was a 13 year old Red Heeler I had rescued. He was so lovable and kind. He did however have DCM, early stage kidney failure, diabetes, and his back hips were quite weak. I have the experience of giving many different medications, as well as working with senior pups to ensure they get the exercise they need without overexertion. With working at the rescue, I was working with dogs of all ages from newborns to seniors.

Erika is great. Very professional approach to Mountie. She let him take his time to smell and be comfortable with her before walk. Made it on time and took small briefing before walk. Thank you.

Erika was amazing with our three cats, one of which had diabetes and requires special care. She was extremely punctual and had great communication during her visits. We really appreciated her gentle, caring nature toward our cats.
