About: My name is Vanessa, I have several years of experience working with animals, including volunteering at a dog shelter (AARCS) and a farm (Kayben Farm), where I've had the pleasure of caring for a variety of animals such as birds, dogs, and cats. I’ve even had the opportunity to work with large animals. I’ve completed a pet sitting and animal safety course and am fully equipped to handle pets of all shapes and sizes! I offer in-home overnight pet sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking, and I am dedicated to ensuring that your pets are well cared for in the comfort of their own home. I am experienced with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and breeds, and I’m more than capable of walking multiple dogs at once. We’ll also have a meet-and-greet to make sure we’re a good fit for each other! “I have had the pleasure of using Portia many time to care for our dogs. We had 3 dogs, a Great Dane, a Bichon Shih Tzu, and a wired hair terrier mini whippet mix. She has looked after our girls from weekends to 2 week stretches. They all love her. Portia was able to care for and walk my girls on many occasions. I have always felt safe having her come to my house and my girls are always loved and cared for like Portia was their owner. Our Great Dane has passed on and though we are sad we are so great full that Portia was there to love her when we were away. I would and will use Portia again for our girl’s care.”

About: Excellent patience with pets. We treat them with TLC and I have a great knowledge in dog training as my parents were bouvier breeders growing up. I am an active person so morning walks are a big part of my routine a pet would just add to the extra exposure and time I would spend outside. We lost our 13 year old Boston terrier due to cancer and would love to take care of a dog again! I can easily crate your pet. They will be safe at our home and loved. We have a fully fenced pie lot for them to play in as well. I will be the only one in the house taking care of the pets. My kids are up 7 so they will not be walking or taking care of the pets while in our care. If owner is confortable or pets like kids . They will be gently cuddled or petted by kids in the house.
