“Alyssa is a fabulous cat caregiver! She has so much compassion for the animals in her care, and always makes sure that they are happy and comfortable. She treats all of her furry friends as if they were her own pets, so that they don't miss out on any of the love they get from their "paw"rents.”

About: I have had animals mostly dogs and cats since the day I was born, I am meant to be around them, and am not allowed to bring anymore home, so let me love yours! I am currently on maternity leave and going back to work part time in the end of summer, so I have lots of during the day weekly availability I won’t be caring for pets in my home, but I trust what you have at your home is what is needed for your animal and I will follow whatever instructions you leave for your pet

11. Alanna B.
“Alanna’s easy going and has owned dogs in the past. She is a great fit as a dog caregiver. Unfortunately, because of her current living situation she can’t be a full time dog owner. So for rover to give her an opportunity to be a caregiver for dogs she would fit right in.”

12. Andrea C.
“Andrea came to our house for over a year to take care of my Zacura (my dog). She always got so excited whenever she saw Andrea! She waved her tail like crazy! Andrea is part of the family. She always took well care of Zakura. She took her out for 1 hour walks or even longer twice a week. We would definitely ask her to take care of our precious Zakura since she has always been good to her!”

13. Sendy T.

“Liza was prompt and attentive. She gave updates and photos on Milo’s walk and attended to the extra care he needed during the hot weather (sensitive paws and has a tendency to overheat). Milo really took to Liza’s energy and demeanour and we will be happy to use her services again!”

16. Tiana C.

“Tiana was amazing! She came over to meet us previously before we booked with her and her energy was so calmed and grounded. I immediately knew she would take good care of our pups for us while she is either walking them or house sitting. I would highly recommend her!”

17. Kaylin D.
About: I am very passionate about taking care of pets. I can watch dogs, cats, and small animals. I have a bunny at home. I watch my sister’s dog every second weekend, and randomly throughout the week. I have watched pets for week long vacation’s or weekend’s multiple times a year, throughout the years. I have checked in on pets, fed them, played with them, walked them at other’s houses. For longer pet sitting I usually bring the pets to me so they have a constant presence of someone. I currently work part time during the day Monday to Friday with differing hours each day. I have mostly evenings and weekends open and flexible. I follow the directions of the owner if at their home like staying off furniture etc. I do safety walk-arounds and close doors so pets can’t get into anything they aren’t supposed to. Make sure the pets are actively engaged in play so they are less likely to chew on anything or act out. At my home, I am constantly making sure the home is pet friendly and things to keep pets actively engaged so they don’t chew. I have a pet gate that can be used to separate pets or keep out of specific rooms/areas or use my large gated walk in pen (I have a bunny).

18. Lauren S.

20. Olivia R.
About: Hi there, My name is Olivia R. and I have been working with pets since I was in high school. I started as a volunteer and now I am a vet technician assistant that works at an emergency vet hospital in Calgary. I can take in your pets at any time for pet sitting and even have animal boarding at my place of work so I can take in your pets at anytime. I also have experience administering any medications your pets might have and am trained in CPR for animals. I am a very caring and loving individual and I will make sure your pet is the most comfortable it can be because I know how stressful it can be for an animal when they are in a new place. I am mostly a homebody and at work so pet care fits into my schedule really well. I can also bring pets with me to work for boarding while I'm working. I love having dogs at the house and keeping a fun routine with them. Cats and exotic pets as well. I have no children and live alone with my boyfriend.
