About: Greetings! I am a retired stay at home grandma. I have owned Shih-Tzu for25+ years. After having lost two, Molly to kidney issues and Buddy at 16, Oliver(5) is now my companion. I would love for him to have friends over to play ☺️ He needs some friendly company❤️ As I am retired, I do not work out of my home. On occasion my grand daughters (7/8) or grandson (9) come over, and they love pets. I go for long walks with my own dog most days, so pet sitting/walking fits my life style very well. I have a townhouse with a deck and patio, opening onto a green space. I am located across from a large grassed field and walking paths leading to parks and wetlands. If your dog(s) do not socialize with other animals all too well, my home is double suited (both occupied by myself) so they can be split up without any issues at all! My husband and 6 year old son also reside in the home. Looking forward to making some pawsome new fur friends! I currently work from home,so my schedule is flexible. I love to spend lots of my time outside with the dogs. Well maintaining a healthy homestead. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of grass space for your dog to run around. I specialize in training big dogs such an cane corso’s, I work with separation anxiety, aggressive behaviour, anxiety triggered aggression, pulling while walking, patience cues, anything and everything correlated with behaviour development. I am extremely proud of what I do and my abilities to deliver on what I promise I say that very confidently. I’ve had pets my entire life and for the past 5+ years, I’ve started caring for others in addition to my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, and of all different sizes and breeds. My full time job would be caring for your pet! Daycare drop off and pickup hours are between 7 am and 7 pm. Any time after 7 pm would need to be booked as boarding and pickup for the following morning. I offer extended stays as well. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy Please note that pick-up times are based on a 24-hour period from the drop-off time. Any delays beyond the agreed-upon pick-up time will result in additional charges. For every three-hour increment past the scheduled pick-up time, an additional fee equal to 25% of the daily rate will apply. For example, if your daily rate is $50, being three hours late will add $12.50, and six hours late will add $25. Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, these additional fees will be automatically applied. I live in an acreage with the dog park in the backyard basically, so lots of running around and play time staying here with me and my pet! My pup is very social and loves to have company, friendly to other dogs and shares toys. I have several cameras on at all times all around the property fully securing the property at all times for your pups safety. All exits and entrances are gates and locked off only way in and out to the backyard is accessible only from the back door. The back yard has 3 separate areas all fenced off, main area largest space 6ft fence grassy. Smaller area with 6ft fence and stone ground. And large areas grassy 6ft fence. All areas are for dogs to have their own space to play and if needed be separated. Inside there is carpet in the living room I get professional steam cleaned every month so please let me know if your pup isn't house trained. Hallways and kitchen is tiled, basement is also carpet but they won't be downstairs unless special request made prior to booking with owner.
