About: 🐾 About Me Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, and reptiles, and I've spent years pet-sitting for friends and family while always sharing my home with animals of my own. I currently have two cats and 2 dogs, all rescues, and definitely all the best decisions I ever made! :) 🐕 My Experience In addition to caring for my own pets and pet sitting for friends and family, I have volunteered in civilian rescue and transport for high-risk dogs and served as a volunteer cat caregiver with AARCS. 😊 The Rescue of Sally and Her Puppies. I rescued and transported a lot of dogs and cats over the past few years, but the biggest undertaking was helping rescue a mother dog, who we later named Sally, and her 8 one-day-old puppies from a reserve in Alberta during -38°C temperatures. I transported this special fur family to my dog trainer's acreage where we set up a secure, safe, warm area. I learned how to care for them and help with early socialization, structure, and training to prepare them for life with their future families. Every puppy, and Sally herself, has since been adopted into loving, forever homes. Being part of something like this was definitely one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences of my life! I am in a position with much flexibility and availability in my schedule, allowing me to easily accommodate most booking requests with little advanced notice. ❤️ Your Pet Is Family Every pet parent should have worry-free, stress-free pet care. “Absolutely wonderful experience! She watched all four of my cats at her home from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and I couldn’t have been happier with how well they were cared for. She was extremely reliable, communicative, and thoughtful throughout the day. She sent me lots of photos and even asked before giving them treats, which I really appreciated. She was absolutely lovely with all four of my cats, and they were relaxed and happy the entire time. Even my very nervous kitty settled in surprisingly quickly! My baby kitten unfortunately had an accident on the way there and got poop all over my other cats, and she was incredibly kind and understanding about it. She cleaned them up for me without making a fuss, which I was so grateful for. All four of my cats came home happy, comfortable, and clearly had a great time at her place. I would absolutely trust her with my cats again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, responsible, and genuinely wonderful with animals! ❤️🐱”

About: I had a dog throughout my childhood and I have had dogs of my own for the last 20 years. I have trained 2 puppies before. I have taken care of 2 senior dogs before as well.
