About: I have had Boxers and Boston terriers. 2 very different breeds requiring different approaches to training and care. Whether you have a puppy which requires pee breaks and basic command training, or slower walks for a senior dog, I am familiar with both. I am an active person and looking forward to providing care to your pet as if they were my own. On a career break and looking to spend my days outside on adventures with a furry friend. Available most days of the week and can be flexible on time. Morning, day or evening, I can give your dog a walk or drop in to feed them. Life is busy and knowing that your dog is being well cared for and walked really helps ease your mind. Also if you are travelling, I know sometimes you may want to go for dinner or do activities where unfortunately our furry family members aren’t invited. I can take your dog for a few hours to let you do that. I provide attentive, individualized care based on each pet’s needs and routine. In my home and/or a client’s home, I ensure pets have fresh water, appropriate feeding schedules, regular exercise, playtime, and companionship. I follow any specific instructions regarding medications, training, dietary requirements, or behavioral needs. I keep the environment clean and safe, monitor pets for signs of illness or distress, and provide updates to owners as requested. My goal is to help pets feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible.

About: I grew up with several family pets and my wife and I currently have 2 very active Australian Shepherds. My wife and I are outdoorsy and love walking, hiking, training and playing with our dogs. I’m currently available for walking services as well as drop-in visits. If you have a fenced area, I may also be able to provide doggy playdates with one of my Aussies to give your pet some playtime! In 2024 I’m available Saturdays & Sundays (usually anytime) and Mon-Fri (only after 6pm). My days off largely revolve around time with my wife and dogs outdoors, so some extra walks/drop-ins are easy to fit into my schedule. I’m happy to do drop-in services, and offer stimulating play sessions as well as exercise to keep your pet(s) occupied while you’re absent. One of my Aussies can join for added socialization/play sessions. A meet and greet is suggested prior to our first play session to ensure the dogs are compatible.

About: I have been pet sitting for family, friends and through pet sitting websites for many years. I absolutely love pets and am looking to fill the void of missing mine whilst living in Canada. I am currently working full time hours across 4 days per week. I work close to town and can duck home during lunch breaks if required. I am home for most of the weekends I am happy to follow and routine or structure for the pets I look after. I have one dog in the house where I live so I am unable to offer boarding boarding

Have provided a variety of one-off care for multiple other clients. My husband & I have recently moved to Canada and we are missing our doggo-time! We would love a furry friend to keep us company. I work 100% remotely as an environmental sustainability consultant; my husband works as a mountain guide in the Rockies. We lead active lifestyles, but also love relaxing at home. Our building is pet-friendly, and we have a mini dog park outside. We have hard flooring throughout our flat but we would be happy to lay down additional rugs if required, depending on your pet's preferences. We don't have any stairs.

About: Hi!! (I also speak french) My name is Dorine, I am from Montreal but I live in Calgary now. I love cats and dogs. I always had cats since I was a little girl and since I have been in Montreal (4 years) I don't have one. I miss them very much and would love to take care of yours! About dogs, I adopted a dog last year (a pup Samoyed) I also take care of a friend's little puppy in Montreal. A little spaniel cocker - the cutest. I can also run with your dog if he/she likes to exercise. My services: I can walk/run your dog or petsit at my place (or yours if you accept that my pup comes along). If you have a cat, I can stop by your place to feed him/her and play with him/her for a bit. Time of my services: I can walk your dog from 15mins to 30mins. If you want me to walk him/her more, just contact me and we will arrange something. For cats, it is the same, I can come over for between 15mins and 30mins and if you want me to stop by more often, we can discuss it. My disponibilities: I am available everyday pretty much anytime. I am always open to discussion so let me know what works best for you and what your needs are. I walk my dog everyday (on cold days also) so taking care of one more dog is just the same. It will give some company to my pup as well! He is very friendly and loved other dogs. If that is something that you are not confortable with and don't want me to walk my dog with yours, please let me know and I will not bring my dog on the walk! At my home no dogs is allowed on furniture. They need to have their own bed. I have a crate if needed, my dog just use it as a food place.

About: Since I was a child, animals have always been part of my life — cats, dogs, hamsters, and fish. I’ve always enjoyed taking care of them and understanding their needs. Back in Czechia, we have two cats (one of them is mine) and a dog. Whenever other family members were away, I took full care of all the animals, making sure they are fed, exercised, and feel safe and comfortable. I’ve also pet-sat for my sister’s cat several times, handling feeding, litter care, playtime, and providing calm companionship. Unfortunately I was not able to bring my pet with me to Canada, so I am more than happy to take care of your pet! In case of cat sitting I can check up on your cat at least twice a day and provide playtime and snuggles. As for dog care and walk your dog on my days off :) I treat each animal as it is my own, so with love and respect. I am reliable and responsible and will always make sure your pet is feeling safe.

I had asked if they could come prior to just introduce themselves and asked for something that they wore so that my cat could get used to their scent. It really helped my cat was comfortable enough to say hello rather than hide when they came. I really appreciated the updates and the thoughtful care they gave. If I'm boarding your pet, he/she must be comfortable being alone for up to 4 hours at a time and must not have separation anxiety (barking)**** Hi! 😊 I’m a mature, single, former dog owner and I’d love to watch your pets for you or help with walks! I’m less brave than I once was, so your pet must be friendly and easily manageable, particularly if I’m entering your home when you’re away. I love having cat / dog buddies stay with me, especially if your dog is up for weekend adventures! I trail run, xc ski and hike, so if you have an active dog, they'll come with me on fun mountain adventures! I have a full time job (8am - 5pm, M-F) and lots of fun hobbies so I don’t have a lot of extra time for dog walking, particularly during the day. But I’m reliable whenever I confirm availability. I live in a very small house with an unfenced yard shared with other pets, so your pet must not be reactive if staying with me. A bark or two is fine and expected, but if your pet has separation anxiety, my home isn't a good place for them to stay. I’m a trail runner so if your dog needs exercise I'd be happy to help!

About: Hi! My name is Danika (Dani). I was a dog groomer for 8 years and worked in a dog day-care for 2 years; thus I have experience with many types of dog breeds! I grew up fostering both cats and dogs (and the odd rabbit). After University I volunteered doing pet therapy with my dog at a seniors home which we both loved. Now, I don't have a pet of my own so I have lots of time for yours! I have experience with nail trims as well which I am happy to help with. I currently work as a massage therapist in town so I have a flexible schedule with many gaps in my day to come home. Most days I work are 1/2 days. I live in a condo so I don't have a fenced yard which means each time your pet goes out they will be on leash. I do however, have a small, quiet, fenced dog park near my home. Which depending on their needs I am more than happy to take them there!

About: Hi everyone, my name is Caitlyn and I am extremely passionate about animals of all different shapes and sizes! I have grown up around animals and caring for them. Back in New Zealand I have a cat and a dog so I know it can be hard to go away and leave your pets behind with a stranger! I am able to provide you with a calm person that’ll care for your pets as if they are my own. 
I have years of experience working as an equine vet nurse as well as pet sitting for a variety of different animals. I have basic knowledge in most animals and am competent in giving medications if required.
 I have a license and my own car which allows me to take dogs out to parks or for walks if required. I am happy to provide phone numbers for references also.
 I am available for the services listed and if you have any special requests feel free to flick me a message and we can work something out! At the moment I am only working part time so will be able to provide your pet with plenty of love, scratches and attention. I am only in Canmore until the start is February so can only care for pets until the end of January. I have experience with dog behavioural issues such as leash pulling, resource guarding, and extreme reactivity. Having owned a dog in the past with these issues, I've invested in training to help address these behaviours and can easily jump in to your current training plan to provide consistency for your dog. For boarding and daycare services, I live in pet-friendly apartment building with close proximity to quiet trails and a green space outside for quick and easy access to regular potty breaks. Work from home Monday-Friday. I may have the occasional virtual meeting to attend, but outside of that I have flexibility to tend to your pets needs throughout the day. I work with owners to maintain a consistent schedule and training for their pet. Owners are required to provide any specific tools (crate, leashes, etc.) that they would like me to use.
