Laura was great! She had a great space outside for our dog to play with hers, and also took her down to the water for an extended cool off and play during a hot summer day! Laura was flexible with pick up and drop off. Our dog was well cared for and had a great time - she slept hard that night, haha! Would use her services again!
This was our first time using a dog sitter through Rover, and we had a wonderful experience with Sarah! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful from the very beginning. Sarah let us know that she has a five-month-old puppy and took the time to make sure our dogs would get along well with her puppy before we left, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured. Throughout the evening, she sent us lots of pictures and updates, so we could relax and enjoy our evening at the Banff Gondola knowing our dogs were happy and well taken care of. We were originally supposed to pick them up around 10:30 p.m., but we ran a little late and arrived around 10:50 p.m. Sarah was very understanding and reassured us that it was absolutely fine. We really appreciated her flexibility! When we picked up our dogs, we could tell they had a great time and were comfortable and well rested in Sarah’s home. Both David and Candice took great care of Kiya. Allowing us to take our kids on adventures throughout both days of our trip. They were very flexible with our schedule.
