About: I’m a very fit and active 60-year-old gentleman who loves going out for long walks and would love the company of your pet to join me. My husband and I live in a condo and travel often so owning our own dog is almost impossible. We do have two grand puppies who we love spending time with and having stay with us whenever their parents are away.. I retired three years ago from my full-time job and now work casually two or three nights a week. My daytime and weekends are completely free to look after your animals. I am completely mobile and able to stay in your home to look after your pets if you need to be away on vacation. Also able to do some light housekeeping (extra fee) for you while I am in your home. Both my husband and I are complete neat freaks, and your home will be well respected and taken care of while I am there. I do genuinely love animals I would love to have some of our own if we could accommodate them in our condo. We are avid travelers, so the idea of having a dog doesn’t really work out for us. But I am drawn to dogs and I feel they love being around me as well. I’d offer a ton of love and am able to look after both sedentary and highly active pets.

About: I have had large and small dogs in my life. Centrally located with a few parks by my house. I have experience with different harness, coats, putting boots and socks on. Happy to do it all so your dog is comfortable. I’ve moving from another province, and therefore have all the time to make this my number one priority. I do not have another employment at the moment. I do one to two hours of exercise in the morning- my late afternoons to evenings are free to provide help! When I drop by your home I would first ensure all the basic needs are met for your dog, whether you’d prefer if I just stop in for a quick moment while you’re at work, or if you’d like me ensure they get groomed. I will respect all boundaries put into place from the pet owner and never overstep. At the moment I am not offering boarding services.

About: Hello everyone! I grew up on a farm in a small village in Germany, always surrounded by cats and dogs. My Persian cat was with me for 17 years, and since then I’ve cared for a 6-month-old puppy, a senior dog, two cats and rabbits. Each pet has taught me something different, from handling puppy energy to supporting older pets with patience. I recently moved from Edmonton to Calgary, in a much smaller apartment with lots of places to hide properly :-). I’m not ready here for a pet of my own yet, but I enjoy spending time with animals and giving them attention and structure. Your pet matters to me! I want to make sure they have a calm and comfortable experience while their loved one is away. Even though I’m a dog lover, due to the size of my apartment, I only accept smaller dogs. I have a full flexible schedule and am able to work from home 7 days a week. I often go for a run and a daily walk in the river valley, which is around the corner. No house, no yard, but a small apartment with lots of green places around. My apartment is secure, it has lots of spots to hide if your pet needs space.

She was very loving, I really appreciate that she sent photos and videos throughout the day so we could see how Jasmine was doing. Her dog, Pinky is such a sweet girl - she was so gentle and patient with an excited puppy chasing her around..lol We felt very comfortable leaving Jasmine with Nadine and so thankful for her care!
Emma was fantastic with our dog, who has separation anxiety. She communicated really well throughout, which gave us complete peace of mind. She followed his care instructions including taking him for a great walk, we know this because he didn’t ask to go out when we got home! Courtney is AMAZING!! She took such great care of my dog for the day. He usually gets overstimulated in new environments and often refuses to eat, but Courtney made him feel safe and comfortable right away—he actually finished ALL his meals, which really surprised me! She also took him out for a couple of walks (which he loved!) and kept me updated throughout the day. Courtney is super friendly, easy to communicate with, and truly a gem. I’d trust her with my dog anytime!!
