“Jennah was amazing! She went above and beyond each and every day with Ollie. She took plenty of pictures and even videos. She took Ollie for runs every day and he looked like he had a great time. Will definitely be using Jennah in the future.”
“Shaena was absolutely lovely! I don’t leave my two dogs very often so to have someone ask all the right questions before we left was so helpful and reassuring. I got so many updates and came back to two very happy dogs. I would not hesitate to contact Shaena again next time the dogs need a sitter 😊”

“Cassandra was so great and allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away while I knew my pet was being taken care of. All of the photo’s she sent were much appreciated, I 100% plan on rebooking with her in the future!”

“Olivia dropped in on our cats while we were camping. Her communication before and during the stays was great! She sent me some pictures and made me feel at ease knowing someone was watching them 😊 I would highly recommend Olivia to anyone looking for someone to care for their fur babies. Thanks Olivia!”

“Very grateful for my experience with Kateryna! Not only was she able to step in when a family friend changed plans of watching my two cats 3 days before my trip! She also took time from her day when my toilet flooded my apartment to make sure both my belongings and cats were okay. I’m very pleased with the care she took of my cats as they’re quite particular in their needs. Would recommend Kateryna to any cat family and definitely book again!”

“I was extremely impressed with the care Caitlin provided for our cat. Every day, she sent detailed updates along with several photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our cat was well cared for and comfortable. Caitlin also went above and beyond by leaving the garbage outside and washing the cat dishes, so our home didn’t smell when we returned. I highly recommend Caitlin and would absolutely book her again!”

About: Growing up, I've always been surrounded by pets. My mom used to plonk me and Candy, my adorable French Poodle, into the same playpen. Candy wasn't just a pet; she was like my first best buddy. Then came Kina, our sweet Golden Retriever. Even at 10 years old, I took on the job of looking after her – walks, baths, food, the works. When she got older and needed surgeries, I was there for her, giving meds, cleaning wounds, and just showering her with love till the end. After Kina, Waffle came along. She was just a month old when I got her, which made socializing a bit tricky. But Waffle's been a real eye-opener. Through all the training sessions, I've learned that the key to a happy pup is consistency, patience, and loads of love. From Candy to Kina to Waffle, each furry friend has taught me heaps about compassion, responsibility, and being a rock-solid caregiver. They've been my teachers in life's best lessons, and I'm forever grateful for that. Now, alongside Waffle, I've got Mylo, this adorable and playful Westie who hit it off with Waffle right away. It's like having double the fun! And sometimes, I get the chance to look after my best friend's dog, Nala. Let me tell you, having three dogs around me makes me feel like the luckiest person in the world. It's a whole pack of love and joy, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Every time I take care of a pet, my heart just swells with love for them. It's like the more I give, the more I have to give. So, right now, I'd love to extend that care to your furry ones too. I assure you, their well-being would be my top priority. There's nothing I wouldn't do to make sure they're happy, healthy, and feeling loved. With my remote job, I have the flexibility to control my own schedule, which means I can easily make time to play, go for walks, and shower love on my furry friends. All I need to do is grab my computer, and I'm good to go, whether it's at home or on the move. I always prioritize a calm, positive, and safe experience for every dog in my care. When possible, I like to meet dogs outside first so they can interact in a neutral environment with my own dog. We start with a short 5–10 minute walk together, which helps the dogs get comfortable, recognize each other as part of the same group, and build trust in a relaxed way. Once at home, I closely supervise the dogs while allowing them freedom to move around the house so they feel comfortable and at ease. I pay close attention to their body language, energy levels, and needs, making sure they feel safe, secure, and cared for at all times.

About: I’ve been a proud dog auntie, mom to multiple fur babies (dogs, cats, Guinea pigs and fish) over the last 25 years and animal lover for as long as I can remember. With over 25 years of experience caring for pets, I know that every animal has their own personality, routines, and quirks and I love getting to connect with each one. Whether your pet is an energetic adventure buddy, a professional cuddler, or a tiny furry CEO with very specific demands, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding routines, playtime, administering oral medications, senior pet care, and making sure your pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. As a pet parent myself, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone else. I’ll care for your pets the same way I’d want mine cared for with patience, attention, affection, and plenty of updates along the way. My current household staff includes two cats and a lot of fish who graciously allow me to pay the bills and maintain their standards of living. 💜 I work from home as a fractional consultant, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care throughout the week. Whether your pet needs a midday walk, drop-in visit, feeding, playtime, or overnight care, I’m happy to work with their routine. I really enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for pets isn’t something I squeeze into my schedule, it’s something I look forward to. As a lifelong pet owner, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your fur babies. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they can feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. In your home, I’ll respect your space and follow your instructions carefully. I’ll keep food, water, medications, walks, and routines consistent and provide regular updates and photos. My goal is for you to return home to a happy fur child and peace of mind. Whether your pet is outgoing, shy, energetic, anxious, young, or senior, I’ll meet them where they are and care for them with patience, attention, and lots of affection.

“Ounaysa and Andrew were amazing! It was our first time using Rover to have someone look after our cat while we were away. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely do it again rather than booking a spot at a kennel. Both Ounaysa and Andrew were very helpful walking us through the process since we hadn't done it before, and it was great being able to meet them prior to our trip. They always responded very quickly, and I have nothing negative to say. It was great getting photos of our cat as well. I definitely hope to use them again, and definitely recommend them to others as well!”

“Kaela was amazing as our petsitter. It was our very first time leaving our fur babies (two cats, a chinchilla and mouse) and we were a little nervous about it. Kaela went above and beyond and now I feel fully confident in leaving my pets with her again. She left wonderful notes and took so many cute photos of our kitties on her drop-in visits, which I really appreciate. Kaela really seemed to treat our kitties as she would her own and I absolutely love the level of care and professional she brought to our pets. I would recommend Kaela to anyone and would love to work with her when I go on vacation again.”

“Contacted Bri at the last minute when my cat sitting plans fell through over the holidays. She was responsive, went out of her way to facilitate a meet and greet at a surely inconvenient hour for her, and sent me regular updates throughout. I will definitely be reaching out to her again next time I travel. Thanks again for taking wonderful care of Gladys!”

“This was our second time hiring Rosie, and she was just as wonderful as the first time! We used her for drop-in visits this time, and she was incredibly communicative and attentive throughout. Rosie clearly cares about the pets in her care and gives great peace of mind. Would definitely recommend and hire again!”

“These two were so kind and generous, took the time to meet with our pups and were so patient with our excitable puppy. They were diligent about double checking care details and we just so appreciated their willingness to help. Our cat unexpectedly got aggressive with them and we felt so awful but they still provided regular updates and showed kindness. You and your pets will love these two.”

About: I have many years of personal experience caring for dogs since childhood, as I grew up around dogs in my family. While I do not currently have a pet of my own, I am very comfortable and confident around dogs of different sizes and personalities. I may be new to professional pet sitting, but I am calm, attentive, and always prioritize each dog’s safety and well-being as if they were my own. I work full-time on a rotating schedule, so my availability changes weekly. I am typically available on my days off and can sometimes offer additional time with advance notice. I always plan ahead to ensure I can provide reliable and attentive care once a booking is confirmed. I prioritize the safety and well-being of all pets in my care. I follow owner instructions carefully, maintain a calm environment, and ensure pets are supervised and comfortable at all times.
Calgary pet parents share their Rover experiences
Miranda keeps our minds at ease whenever we are away. We always know that our kitty is being taken care of in the best possible way! She really cares, and it shows on her Rover cards, keeping us up to date. Plus she's creative in coming up with ways to interact with and entertain our cat! Thanks again, Miranda!!

Thank you so so so much Jiayu!! My kitty has really horrible separation anxiety, so having to attend a business trip had me a bit nervous, but he did great! And was super calm and happy when I got home, as opposed to being upset and screaming! He had so much fun! Will book again!❤️

Second time having Julien look after Smokey. He’s super responsive, very meticulous and attentive. He always sends pics and videos with a quick explanation of how Smokey is doing, which I really appreciate. It really helps me relax knowing my cat is in good hands and properly taken care of. I can genuinely rest assured that Smokey is looked after when I’m away. Would definitely recommend Julien to anyone needing a reliable pet sitter.

Kathleen was fantastic. Wonderful job looking after our two cats. Kept us informed and up to date on everything involving the cats and their day. Great pictures and write up with each visit. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend her for a pet sitter.

Ivana was very professional and took great care of my cats. You can tell she really cares for animals and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure your pets are taken care of.
