Stephanie was lovely! She looked after our pack of 4 during our wedding in Bragg Creek. She brings all the good dog vibes and energy you’d want for your fur baby and we didn’t worry the entire night because of this. Will use again for sure!

About: I have extensive experience in the pet-care industry. I started doing dog-walking and dog-running for a variety of sizes and breeds. Tailoring walks to their specific energy levels and needs. I then moved on to working in Dog Daycares as a room attendant for about 4 years, I gained lots of experience with pack dynamics, body language, as well as handling a multitude of sizes, breeds, temperaments and needs. I also assisted in boarding operations for daycare and did more hands-on care with medications, feeding schedules, etc. I recently have gained experience in taking care of cats and now have one of my own. Some of my experience is with kittens who needed training and lots of play. Others were elderly and needed special attention, needing to administer medications at specific times. I am a huge animal lover with lots of experience in this field and wish to provide the best possible care for your animals. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I have a flexible schedule at the moment and plenty of availability. I want to provide pets focused, hands-on attention and care. After stepping away from large daycare environments I want to continue using my skills gained in this field to provide care for animals, especially those who require fully-present enrichment, attention and excercise and may not do well in group environments and need a dedicated one-on-one caregiver. Creating a safe and trustworthy environment is a top priority for me, I am very experienced in reading dog/cat body language, respecting boundaries and adjusting my approach to every pets specific needs and comfort levels. I have experience with many animals of different sizes, breeds and temperaments and know how to navigate nervousness, anxiety and any other elevated emotions. I communicate clearly with owners so they know their animals are getting the best care possible and notify them of any problems or concerns in regards to their pets safety, health and needs.

Felix and Rachel were absolutely amazing dog sitters for my pup, Hap! They went above and beyond, especially when Hap got sick during their care. Their quick response, calm demeanor, and dedication to making sure he was okay truly showed how much they care. They kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. Despite the unexpected situation, Hap was clearly loved and well cared for. I’m so grateful for their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. I couldn’t have asked for better sitters and would trust them with Hap anytime!

Sara has been wonderful! We adopted a rescue who takes time to warm up to people and he gravitated to her right away. He is still learning his new space and Sara has been working with me to help him with that, especially when on leash outside. I was so nervous about this whole process but Sara has set my mind at ease with it all. I will continue to book her services as long as she is available!

About: Animals have been a part of my life since I was 10 years old. Growing up, I cared for goats and helped look after chickens, pigs, dogs, and cats, giving me experience with animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. In high school, I completed a co-op placement at a veterinary clinic, where I was later hired. This experience gave me hands-on knowledge of animal handling, health monitoring, and recognizing when something may not be right. I’m also the proud owner of Romeo, my 10-year-old rescued American Staffordshire Terrier. Caring for a senior dog has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, enrichment, and understanding each pet’s individual needs. In addition to my animal experience, I have a background as a Personal Support Worker, which strengthened my reliability, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to caregiving. As the oldest of 10 siblings, responsibility and caring for others have always been a natural part of who I am. Whether your pet needs daily walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, or companionship while you’re away, I’ll treat them like family. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience so you can feel confident knowing your pet is in caring, capable hands. I work from home, which allows me to provide pets with plenty of attention, companionship, and regular potty breaks throughout the day. My flexible schedule means I can easily accommodate walks, feeding routines, playtime, medications, and cuddle sessions while keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving you peace of mind with regular updates and photos throughout their stay. My home is a spacious basement suite with large windows that bring in lots of natural light, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. There are 10 stairs leading down to my space, so I always take extra care with pets who may need assistance or supervision on stairs. I share my home with my dog, Romeo, who is friendly and used to being around other pets. I always prioritize safe, positive introductions and make sure every pet feels comfortable and secure. My flexible schedule allows me to maintain your pet’s routine with walks, feeding, playtime, medications, and plenty of affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I aim to keep their routine as consistent as possible in their familiar environment. I respect your space and follow all instructions closely to ensure your pet feels safe and stress-free.

There are 1,911 sitters on Rover for Pet Sitting in Bragg Creek. About 88% of Bragg Creek sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you’re planning ahead for holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day coverage for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or travelling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer poop breaks during a Bragg Creek stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover based on what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

You can coordinate how much supervision you want directly with your sitter. While every sitter’s schedule varies, here are some examples of supervision by pet care service:

  • Boarding or doggy day care: Many sitters can provide frequent companionship because they design their day specifically around the pets in their care or work from home.
  • House sitting: Your sitter generally stays in your home for the requested duration, which may include overnight care. They may step out briefly to visit other pet clients, but your home remains their primary base.
  • Drop-in visits or dog walking: These can be scheduled in 30- or 60-minute windows (and can be shorter or longer at your request) to help your pet receive dedicated attention and care during those specific times.

Interested in constant or 24/7 care? This service often incurs an additional fee but many sitters are happy to discuss this option with you.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Bragg Creek choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a veterinary professional or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. On Rover:

  • 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 94% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
