About: I have owned and cared for dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years and have an amazing ability for having them relate to me. I am only working a full day on Friday's and my husband works out of a home office so I am very flexible regarding availability. I live on an acreage with a fenced yard and two friendly Maltese dogs and a dog friendly cat named Nigel. Dogs names are Maggie and Monty.

About: I have extensive experience in the pet-care industry. I started doing dog-walking and dog-running for a variety of sizes and breeds. Tailoring walks to their specific energy levels and needs. I then moved on to working in Dog Daycares as a room attendant for about 4 years, I gained lots of experience with pack dynamics, body language, as well as handling a multitude of sizes, breeds, temperaments and needs. I also assisted in boarding operations for daycare and did more hands-on care with medications, feeding schedules, etc. I recently have gained experience in taking care of cats and now have one of my own. Some of my experience is with kittens who needed training and lots of play. Others were elderly and needed special attention, needing to administer medications at specific times. About: I’ve taken care of my neighbours dogs over the last few summers, and truly I believe I’ve gained the patience and experience you’re looking for. Any day of the week works for me, it would work best for me in the mornings, or late evenings. I am available when you need me. I live next to a park where I would spend most of my time with your pet, along with living in a dog friendly apartment complex. I’m always available I have an amazing support system here at home to help out always and make sure they’re well taken care of. I grew up on a farm and have cared for animals for as long as I can remember, chickens, newborn kittens, hamsters, dogs, horses, and fish. I have also worked with animals at a pet store where I interacted with dogs and cats all day! I also have my own baby cats that are very spoiled and I help my partner care for his dog with walks and enrichment when he has to work long hours. I am currently working with 2 dogs who are large and reactive, so I have experience with difficult dogs. I am also comfortable going to the dog park for socialization if the dog I’m with is good in that setting. I normally don't let them say hi to other dogs or people on a walk unless the person I'm watching them for specifically says it’s ok or they want me to socialize their dog while on the leash.
