We were doing a stay cation close by but had we not been we have no doubt that if anyone could break through our shy girls demeanour it would have been Danielle. We popped back home on the second day just so our pupper knew we still existed and after that point she was a changed lady with Danielle. The updates and attention and care she gave our animals was incredible. Our cats are pretty easy, the one is actually annoying with how much he loves people, but our dog is so reserved that we were really worried about how this would go, but with the communication and time spent Danielle was a gem and we couldn’t have selected better.”
