About: Like all things feline, my first cats found me. Our family brought in two kittens from the alley when I was about 10 years old. As a family of 4, we lived in an 800-square-foot 1 bedroom house with 2 kittens, 3 Border Collies, 2 hamsters (+babies), and a snake. Take about a full house. Since then I have been lucky to live with at least a dozen different cats all with dozens of unique needs. I have raised kittens to cats, and gracefully led cats through their senior years. I have administered medication for medical issues such as URV, lung infections, epilepsy, and superficial cysts. I have also worked with special needs cats with litter box issues, blindness, and deafness. As of 2023, we adopted a cat for the first time after fostering cats for a year.
