About: We are experienced in doggy care and have been dog parents ourselves. We have taken care of and brought up 2 dogs from puppy stage to an adult dog stage. We love spending time with our beloved furry friends at our leisure, and will always make sure they are in good care and have everything they need at all times. There’s two of us looking after our dogs and one of us also work from home full time so there is always one of us attentive at home at all times. About: I lived with a friend on a hobby farm. She showed me the ropes. I learned how to take care of all animals big and small. I am willing and able to assist in medicine administration. I have tons of free time that I’d love to dedicate to ensuring your furry friend has their needs through the day and even when you’re on vacation I work full time in the city and I hardly ever leave the province and can dedicate as much time needed with your fur babies as you need! I’m very good with early mornings and late night visits. I won’t have pets in my home as I have a cat myself, but I will ensure I know where all food, treats, toys and everything else they require before you leave. I will ask for an emergency response plan in the event I need to get ahold of you asap. I also have my own reliable transportation and will ask for the vet you use in dire emergencies. “Penny was great with our pup! We were extremely hesitant about leaving our fur baby with someone that we didn't know. But Penny took the time to speak with me on the phone about all of my concerns and reassure me that she was very comfortable with watching our pup. We have a 5 yo dog that came to us from a rescue about 2 years ago - she suffers from Separation Anxiety, and therefore is a flight risk (she will dig her way out of fences or even jump 8 ft fences to escape) - Penny said she would make sure to not leave her alone in her yard and would keep her on a leash at all times on walks, which she did. We were also concerned about our dog being a dominant female around other dogs, but I felt very comfortable leaving her with Penny after speaking to her, as she told me all of her experience with dominant dogs and was not concerned at all about my pup. I would highly recommend Penny to anyone looking for a dog sitter. Our pup will definitely be a regular guest at Penny's house.”
