“After a meet and greet walk I felt comfortable that Jeffrey & Janine would take good care of Ozzy while we went away on a small trip. They asked a lot of detailed questions regarding his care prior to us leaving him. During our trip we got amazing detailed updates on Ozzy and wonderful pictures as well. They played his favorite game of fetch with him and took him on daily walks. They sent a video of him playing with their dog too. Ozzy looked like he was loved and well taken care of. To make things even better, our return flight landed very late at night, and Tet was kind and accommodating enough to drop Okja off at our place right on time. “Merron was excellent with our dog. Our dog has only stayed with family over her seven years. Family was unable to care for our dog so we search via Rover. We located Merron set up the meet and greet. Leaving my dog with someone I don't really know was extremely stressful for me, my dog adjusted better than I did. Merron provided daily pics and texts so I was always informed and provided feedback when she noticed evening sleeping issues. All dogs are family and when someone takes your family member into home she gave my dog all the love and attention she needed. Merron, I would recommend highly if your board your dog with her. I will use her services again. Such a positive experience Thanks Merron you're the best”

They were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process, and Rider immediately loved them as soon as he met them :) We were very nervous to leave Rider as we haven’t left him with anyone for years and he has some separation anxiety but Scott and Carly were incredible throughout the whole process, making us feel comfortable, answering all of our (many) questions, and sending daily updates and pictures. Rider also has allergies and requires some pills and supplements that they were more than happy to accommodate, which we were so grateful for.
