Love your fur-baby as my own
(Now excepting new clients again! :) ) Hi! My name is Jo. I found that I was often being asked to pet sit (something I love doing) and thought I might as well see who else I can help give peace of mind to while they are out of town or in an emergency situation. And it took off from there, Now I have been doing so professionally for 7 years. I can work with both high energy and low energy dogs. I do not breed discriminate! I run/walk every morning 1-3 miles depending on the dogs needs. We also go on an evening walk. We will follow the same rules you have at home, eating schedule, and practice commands and tricks. I can provide updates, photos, videos of your pet and all the fun we are having. With your approval we may also go on hikes and dog park visits. I have two older kids (17&19) who love giving extra attention to your pups. Your fur baby will experience lots of love, affection, and exercise. I can only accept dogs who are dog friendly as I have a chihuahua and may have another booking. I have a secure, fair sized fenced backyard for potty breaks and play time. I have experience with puppies as well as a lot of experience with seniors including blind, deaf, seizures and medication requirements. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! I was super comfortable leaving my dog with Jo for the weekend. She has a great set up with a fully enclosed backyard, which meant lots of space for play and bathroom breaks. She took great care of Meeka, letting her snuggle in on the bed, getting all the love she wanted. She treated her like her own, which I’m very grateful for! Will absolutely use her again when Meeka needs a sitter.
Huxley had a great time with Joanne. He was happy to see us when we picked him up but he wasn't as clingy and whiney as I expected him to be after being away for the night - he obviously didn't miss us that much! He's came home tired and relaxed from his adventures with Joanne, Taz and Bella.
My dog had a blast and was well take. Care of
Our dog was on vacation with their family dog being female, same age and breed, along with a backyard to explore in. Our dog was really treated like family.
Max had a great time and we had great communication from Joanne.

Schedule
Pick ups and drop off: Between 6am-8am or 4:30pm-10pm Monday-Friday 6am - 10pm Saturday-Sunday Some exceptions may apply. Please reach out to me for more information.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a secure backyard and semi-secure front yard. Dogs are separated when unattended for safety just incase. Dogs are always kept inside if no one is home. 24hr access to water. Cameras.

A typical day
Your dog will experience morning & evening walks in Airdrie, river walks in Calgary, hiking, fenced dog parks, backyard play time, lots of cuddles, pets and love.
