Raphael and his wife took great care of Joey and Hershey! We booked with them twice while we were travelling, and communication was great throughout both stays. We received updates every day and usually photos as well, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. They were very accommodating with pickup and drop-off, kept us updated on how the boys were eating, sleeping and settling in, and let us know right away when anything unusual happened. We are so happy with the care our Jax boy received while staying with Amanda and her family! I was initially a little nervous as he hasn’t stayed with anyone another than family, but once we arrived for drop off she was so kind and welcoming to him, I knew we had made the right choice.
