About: I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer with dogs, as well as take care of friends pets and give them all the attention and love they deserve 🥰 I am currently working part time and in university, I would love to drop by to care for your pets between classes or stay over throughout the week if your animal needs overnight care. I enjoy keeping pets company throughout the time. Whether it’s during study time, on walks, playing together, or giving them extra cuddles and enrichment after a long day.
About: Hi! My name is Jorja, I’m a vet student, and I’ve been a pet owner for over 10 years. I currently offer dog walking, dog sitting, and drop-in care for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m very comfortable handling animals of all temperaments, sizes, and energy levels! I know from personal experience that life can get busy and it’s not always easy to find the time or energy for long walks and consistent care. I’d love to help keep your pup happy, healthy, active, and well cared for while giving you peace of mind. Please feel free to reach out if you’re looking for reliable dog walking, pet sitting, or drop-in care — I’d be happy to chat! I’m currently out of school for the summer, so I have plenty of time to hang out with your furry friends! I spend most of my free time reading, catching up on studies or spending time with my pets, so my schedule is very flexible! In my experience, creating a safe and comfortable environment is one of the most important parts of caring for pets. I strive to build trust with every animal I work with so they feel secure and well cared for, while also giving owners confidence and peace of mind knowing their pets are in good hands during times of need.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 7. Everything started at my grandma’s house where I used to pet sit her cat which led to me owning a cat and a dog at our house which I had to pet sit when my mom and dad were away. My loves for pets started growing since then and am currently doing it with for 2 years here in Rover. I do petsit for our friends when they go away for family vacations and this has been an amazing experience. I do believe with my experience, we will be your perfect pet sitters🐶🐱 We are both working full-time and we are open to working weekdays and weekends too. We are in the house weekdays 5pm till 8am next morning and available in the house all day on weekends. We like going for walks and we can put your pets into our daily evening walks routine. Any suggestions on how to care for your pet or what your pet likes the most, are welcome😊
“Andrea was wonderful, extremely responsive and great to communicate with. She helped us out on the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so we could spend some time away from home. You can tell she really cared for our kitties and took great. Pictures will definitely hire again and recommend.”

“Karen stepped up last minute when my friend backed out of watching my cats the night before Christmas Eve. I cannot thank her enough for being available, and for the great care she took of my two cats while I was gone. She provided updates and our cats seemed to like her!”

About: As a university student and lifelong animal lover, I provide dependable, compassionate care for pets of all kinds. I regularly volunteer at local animal shelters, where I work with animals of different ages, temperaments, and care needs. Growing up with special needs animals has given me extensive experience caring for pets that require extra patience, attention, and individualized support. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or has unique medical or behavioral needs, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. As a university student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to fit pet care into my daily and weekly routine. Between classes, I regularly volunteer at local animal shelters and make time for walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins. Caring for animals is already a natural part of my week, and I’m committed to making sure each pet gets the attention, patience, and love they deserve. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s individual needs, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, medications, and any behavioral or medical considerations. I carefully follow all instructions provided by owners to ensure their pets experience as little disruption to their routine as possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the home and the animals with the utmost respect. I keep the environment clean and secure, double-check that doors, gates, and leashes are properly fastened, and never leave pets unattended in unsafe situations. I also provide regular updates with photos and messages, so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. With my experience volunteering at local animal shelters and caring for animals with special needs throughout my life, I’m comfortable recognizing changes in behavior and responding calmly and responsibly. My goal is to provide a safe, stress-free experience where both you and your pet can feel completely at ease.

I have a large crate of you are needing that to be used and I have a well trained dog that would love some company. If this isn’t something you want other arrangements can be made to have separate areas for them.
“Very responsive while away and was able to troubleshoot a problem with my key while away. Very attentive to Cleo. Letting us know how she was doing with water intake. Planning to use her again in the future”

“Shaunice was such a great sitter! I had a last minute sitting request for two cats and she sent me the best updates with lots of cute photos of my cats. She is thorough with her care and updates, which gave me peace of mind while I travelled. I am less hesitant travelling in the future after my experience with her. :) Thank you!!!”

About: I have had 7 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, these years of experience include caring for my disabled husky who needed a wheelchair as well as special care. I am not faint of heart to animals having accidents and needing to clean up for it. I have learned different ways to motivate and get older and slower dogs up and moving around, as well as calming down hyperactive breeds. I am confident and willing to walk and deal with difficult dogs who need that little bit of extra attention and care. As well, I currently have a fluffy cat who needs special food and is on a diet so I am aware and able to deal with different dietary needs of all pets.

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
