About: I've cared for all kinds of pets over the years—from parrots and bunnies to countless cats, and one very special dog who lived to be 19 years old. I love quiet cuddle sessions, long walks, and keeping a clean, comfortable space, so I'll make sure your pet's emotional and physical needs are well cared for. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and my mom currently runs a cat shelter in Costa Rica, which has only deepened my love and appreciation for them. I work from home as a marketing professional, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide your pet with attention throughout the day. Outside of work, you'll usually find me going for long walks, heading out for a run, spending time with friends, or enjoying a quiet evening at home. I'm reliable, active, and genuinely love making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. I live on my own in a cozy apartment, so your pet will have my full attention. My building has 24/7 security, and we're just steps away from the Bow River pathways, making it a great location for dogs who enjoy walks. When I recently looked after a friend's cat, I made sure she had everything she needed, including a scratching post and a comfy bed. Like many cats, she quickly found her own favorite perch—on top of my fridge and cabinets! My apartment has plenty of cozy spots for cats to explore, relax, and feel at home.

About: I’ve grown up in a house full of dogs, big and small ! Almost every family member have either a dog or a cat (sometime multiple of both) and I’ve always been the designated pet sitter since I was 13, haha. I’ve seen and take care of all: young, adult and senior dogs and cats. :) I am currently looking for a job, so I really do have time to take care of your pets and make sure their routine stays the same as much as possible. Depending on your dog or cat’s needs and personality I’ll make sure to give them the best care possible either with walks, daily checkups with lots of play and/or pets.

About: I’ve been dog sitting and walking since a very young age, always give the best care! I take pride in my passion for animal care. I work remotely from home so able to stay with the dogs all day and provide lots of bathroom breaks and walks. I can also work from clients houses if needed as long as wifi is available. I live a large apartment with tons of green space outside and walking paths, on a low floor so able to take the stairs if dog doesn’t like elevators. Also flexible to go to a clients home due to work flexibility.

I live in a pet friendly condo with the ability to crate your dog if needed. My dog is friendly but I will require an introduction prior to bringing a dog into my home. About: Dogs bring me so much joy, and I genuinely enjoy learning their individual personalities and helping them feel safe and comfortable. Through volunteering with an animal rescue organization in Calgary, I have cared for and interacted with dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I received training in safe dog handling, maintaining a clean and comfortable shelter environment, and using basic verbal cues and hand signals. I also gained experience building trust with dogs through patience, positive interactions, and clear directions, including practising basic cues such as “sit.” During walks, I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding pace, route, behaviour around other dogs, and any individual needs. I provide time for exercise, sniffing, and bathroom breaks, and I send plenty of photos and detailed updates so you always know how your dog is doing. I keep my Rover calendar updated and only accept bookings when I can give your pet the time and attention they deserve. I’m happy to discuss timing in advance and establish a dependable routine for recurring bookings. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my priorities. Before our first booking, I would love to arrange a meet and greet to learn about your pet’s routine, personality, walking equipment, triggers, medical needs, and behaviour around people and other animals. During walks, I keep the leash secure, remain attentive to traffic and our surroundings, and follow your instructions about interacting with unfamiliar dogs or people. I will never force an interaction that makes your pet uncomfortable. After each visit, I’ll send photos and a detailed update about the walk, your pet’s mood and energy, bathroom breaks, and anything unusual I notice.

About: I’m a very fit and active 60-year-old gentleman who loves going out for long walks and would love the company of your pet to join me. My husband and I live in a condo and travel often so owning our own dog is almost impossible. We do have two grand puppies who we love spending time with and having stay with us whenever their parents are away.. I retired three years ago from my full-time job and now work casually two or three nights a week. My daytime and weekends are completely free to look after your animals. I am completely mobile and able to stay in your home to look after your pets if you need to be away on vacation. Also able to do some light housekeeping (extra fee) for you while I am in your home. Both my husband and I are complete neat freaks, and your home will be well respected and taken care of while I am there. I do genuinely love animals I would love to have some of our own if we could accommodate them in our condo. We are avid travelers, so the idea of having a dog doesn’t really work out for us. But I am drawn to dogs and I feel they love being around me as well. I’d offer a ton of love and am able to look after both sedentary and highly active pets.
